Let me start by saying, Dr. Vates, is the best doctor I have ever been to. I was diagnosed with severe hydronephrosis at the age of 8 by Dr. Vates after being misdiagnosed at birth by the hospital I was born at. Dr. Vates did my surgery and follow up surgeryâs, I havenât had a complaint since those and have been seeing him from the age of 8 to 21 twice a year for most of those years. Letâs just say we became good friends and when he told me he couldnât see me anymore due to age it was a hard goodbye, Haha. If you are looking to see a urologist, THIS IS THE DR TO SEE. I havenât seen him in three years and I still talk so highly of him hence why Iâm writing this review many years later. Dr. Vates, I wanted to reach out to you and say thank you for everything. This doctor was recommended by our pediatrician. New pt, got there early, filled out paperwork. We were seen quickly and Dr Vates was professional, courteous and explained exactly what needed to get done. Minor surgery needed so hopefully things will follow suit.
