Everyone there is completely invested in the dental care of my son. That's why I travel through two counties for appointments. UPDATE: They do not accept my new insurance. I will no longer be able to go to Dr. Silver's office. ????

Our children have seen this outstanding dentist for almost 25 years. His staff is unbelievably helpful, professional and friendly. I am surprised that there is not a waiting line at the door to get in. Go no further. It does not get any better than this. This is a model practice. I've been taking my kids to Dr. Silver for about 15 years. We love it there. My little one has had to have so many extractions and they took great care of her. They let you listen to your own music, which the kids love. You get rewards and prizes for good brushing habits. The downside is they are a very busy office. You can't get right in (unless someone cancels) and we've had to wait upon arrival before. Besides that I'd recommend Dr. Silver for a kids dentist. I love love love Dr. Silver and his entire staff. Amazing and caring all the way!!!

We love Dr. Silver & his staff! So happy we found this office. My child has no fear of the dentist & had a tooth pulled at 4yrs old!!

Staffs are very professional, caring and friendly. Both Dr. Silver (who takes care of my daughter and son's teeth for years now) and Dr. Ruso (who looks after my daughter's orthodontic needs) are highly exceptional!

My son was previously traumatized at a different dentist so we were apprehensive about dentists. Dr silver nd his staff made my son so comfortable and at ease. He got a tooth pulled and a cavity filled with no problem. They even had a quiet room for my 15mo & I. My son left saying he couldnt wait to come back!!
