Dr. Shen and Barbara are professional, cheerful and want to help. Dr. SHEN listened to my problem and answered every concern I had, even though I was forgetting things. He had a direct answer how to deal with my illness and notified my other doctors also. A terrific guy who knows more than his field. I am very grateful to him and his terrific staff.

I have gone to his office twice and once he was closed and once some other practice was using it. Horrible service

After determining I was doing well regarding my asthma, etc., Dr. Shen even addressed my newer issue of hand pain. I am impressed with his demeanor and level of care.

Dr. Shen is very quick but knows what he is doing. I have no issues there, but The nurse in the Leesburg office (not sure on her name ) is very unprofessional. She seems like she doesn’t want to be there. There seems to be a lot of turn around at that office.

Dr. Shen is on point with my COPD Asthma

Dr. Shen helped our daughter so quickly and accurately with her asthma trouble. She is so much better! We are so grateful for Dr. Shen's excellent medical care! His staff was very friendly and kind also! Thank you.

This was my first visit with Dr. Shen. It was quite pleasant. Upon entry we were greeted by the front desk clerk, she was very friendly, next we were introduced to the nurse, he was cheerful, funny, and made us feel comfortable while testing for allergies, I didn't feel a thing throughout the entire allergy testing process. As for Dr. Shen, he was soft spoken, straight to the point (which I like), he listened to my concerns and he made everything clear and straight forward (no confusion), I appreciate how quick, efficient, and nice he was. Dr. Shen is awesome. We were very lucky to have found him when we moved here to The Villages. The entire staff is great. They are friendly, professional and are always polite and helpful. Very sensitive to our concerns.

Not only does he not know what he is talking about, he also doesn't respect the parents' concerns and questions. Had I listened to this doctor, my son would've been in far worse problems than when we went to see him. When I asked him his opinion on using an alternative to his suggestion, he dismissed it rudely. We never went back.

since I cannot respond to the last comment from someone who knows nothing about Derek. Not Derrick. He is professional, kind helpful, amazing customer service skills and does a fabulous job. I have never ever seen him disrespect ANYONE at all in that office including co-workers. So plain LIE. Derek is Awesome and that is the bottom line. So last review, TOTAL LIE. Derek is the best.

My son has been going here for years now and the entire staff are so kind and know him by name as soon as we walk in. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shin

At first I thought they were rude, but that's not the case at all! These ppl are friendly and very helpful. Dr shen helped my son so much and I'm thankful we've been able to continue to see Dr shen over the years.

I watched Derrick the front desk guy disrespect the young nurse lady in the back in front of Dr. The DR said NOTHING!!!! I will be telling my referring DR he SHOULD NOT be referring to this practice!! They are so unprofessional!! Derrick is a jerk and this isn't the first time I've seen him do this. When is it ok to harass a lady employee??

Always had a good experience with Dr Shen and his nursing staff

Dr Shen and his staff were not very nice . They were actually very rude. I am not sure if it is because they are in TheVillages they can think they can get away with this behavior but I have honestly never been so disappointed with a health service as this.

Zero bedside manor, rude, uncaring, uninterested in my problem, poor inexperienced front office staff. Would not take my dog to him. Avoid him, there are other more caring doctors here especially if you are taking a child to him.

Rude, disrespectful and did not even listen to my story. Kept interrupting me while I was discribing my illness... Kept telling me that's not what I need to hear tell me your symptoms that's not what I need to hear what exactly happened to you I felt like an idiot I went to see him for severe, chronic, at-risk dust mite allergy and he wanted to test me for my breathing. Please don't go there save yourself a favor the man is rude arrogant and just not nice

My son has had a severe allergy to milk all his life Dr. Shen is the only allergist who didn't treat us like idiots. He is respectful and knows what he is doing. He will be my son's allergist for life.

Dr. Shen was "spot on" in diagnosing my crazy itching... and the medicine he prescribed worked immediately! Kudos to Dr. Shen!
