Dr rupp is the best

I saw Dr Rupp in an emergency situation. He was very kind and reassuring in what was an extremely frightening time for me. I appreciated his expertise and upbeat manner. He communicated with me in detail. The endoscopy was totally painless. And he followed up with my family after the procedure. Not looking forward to the follow up, but will be glad to see Dr Rupp once again. I have total trust in his care.

At the beginning of the pandemic my office offered those of us with high risk factors to go on disability until arrangements could be made... I asked Dr Rupp and his staff for this letter... they refused to write the letter belittled my family and I. I have never been made to feel so small in my life ... I was scared and desperate because of the pandemic and my doctor who should know what kind of risk I am at refused to write a simple letter... My husband and I both see Dr. Rupp. Not only is he super nice but he's very attentive to detail. He found cancer in my mom's colon.. Age 83....during a colonoscopy and she had surgery a month later and needed no additional treatment. She lived 10 more years. I won't go to anyone else.. He's the best!

Excellent doctor! Wonderful personality and bedside manner. He took the time explain things and made sure that we understood.

Colonoscopy was more uncomfortable than others I have had in past. Neither he or his o.r. staff seemed very patient oriented or compassionate.

Great doc and team! Personable and easy to talk to.
