I overheard the Dr's conversation with an employee regarding money and patients. Made me feel like I was wasting my time going there. I never returned for a "follow-up".

I love Dr Ramono. He has a wonderful old-world bed side manner.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Romano for many years, I was actually referred to him from a pediatric hospital. He’s never been afraid to treat my disease aggressively and I’m grateful because otherwise I would be condemned to a bed. He understands the disease very well and bottom line he cares about his patients well being.

Worst Doctor ever... if you can call him a doctor. Staff should be fired. Especially Nora. They don’t care about their patients. My mother has been in pain and these idiots don’t care. Will file a grievance with health plan and look for another doctor!

Google is a better doctor Today i has my first, and likely last, visit with him. My vitals weren't taken, I'm not sure anyone asked me how I was doing even once. He told me after about 2 minutes of talking that i had fibromhalgia, which I already pretty much knew; he gave no description of what this disease is or does. He asked his nurse to get me a sample of Lyrica, ordered some blood tests, and told me to come back in 4 weeks. I asked the nurse to explain the side effects (which I already knew about from the commercials, and from friends with fibromyalgia) and she told me "you'll have to look that up" ... I'm sorry, i thought this was a health care facility, not middle school. LOOK IT UP?! you've gotta be kidding me. I honestly chuckled because I thought she was joking. Nope. So instead I asked, "so it's ok to drive when taking this?" To which she responded, "oh no, no. It can make you very dizzy and drowsy, so definitely don't drive." Cool. Thx. I also won't be trying your pills, unless someone can explain what they do and what fibromyalgia is, and how this drug helps these symptoms. I cant remember a time when I received worse bedside manner care, healthcare, or general treatment as a human being. I would not recommend going to this office unless you have no other choice. Rude. Treated my elderly mother with contempt. This self- proclaimed physician spent five minutes with my mom and abruptly walked away and did not return to the treatment room. He only prescribed medication even after my mom told him she was allergic to it. Either this guy does not listen or is an idiot.

Worst specialist I've ever encountered. Avoid if possible as he will try to charge you as much as he can. You will never get an itemized bill unless you request it as they like to hide the extra fees they impose on you. Never did I have to pay excess with my PPO insurance until I had Romano see me. One of my worst experiences ever. The medical assistants and doctor failed at taking my vitals which should be the first assessment and didn’t take any past history information or medicine information. The doctor has the worst bedside manners. He didn’t let me speak and when I would try to give him information he would put his hand up and brush it off by saying “it’s fine” without letting me finish what I’m saying. There’s more to my experience but I would like to conclude by saying STAY AWAY.
