Dr. Thomas William Powell

Dr Powell is a terrible doc stay far away unless you want to loss part of your body. He cut my brothers foot off despite him having an appointment with a different doctor at the hospital. If you value your life or family/friends lives than go somewhere else there a better docs across the street working on saving people’s legs.

This guy is a hack and out of date. Went to a different doc in town who did some work on my blood vessel saved my foot, which he said had to go. If you have a wound please visit guys in town who can work on you from the blood vessels from the inside.

Apparently,there is a difference in the handling of patients once the type of insurance is clear. The more you pay the better the service. Perhaps I should question the type of doctor that accepts insurance which may not be to his liking. The costs are too high to begin with... would it matter if the price was lower and more patients would be waiting to have proceedures done?

I had a AM appointment went back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time waited 45 minutes in the back room on him to come in and see me he spent less then 5 minutes with me told me he couldn't help me until after i had a series of tests done and walked out of the room before i could ask any questions about the procedures and other related objectives about my care and then proceeded to charge me for the intial office visit even though he took no notes he didn't even call me by my name.

Dr. Powell is just great. I was in the hospital for minor overnight visit when he found a problem, operated and probably saved my life.
