My wife and I highly recommend the practice of Tom and Shannon Pope. They are always so professional with great medical care. My wife and I as seniors have also experienced many PT sessions over the years with many PT facilities. If you want the best, we also highly recommend Joey the Physical Therapist at Phoenix Rehabilitation in Smithfield, Va.. Joey is highly educated and the best I have seen to date. I especially recommend to seniors on Medicare and folks with joint replacements. Joey is so caring and you will get first class treatment. Wonderful staff and we were in an out relatively quick.

I had called a few months ago trying to schedule an appointment, and was abruptly hung up on when I had questions. Fast forward a few months I switched providers , because I had moved, they had been rude so I figured it was closer to my new home so might as well switch . I had called and told them my situation and it didn’t seem to be a problem, and informed them I wouldn’t be coming to the location anymore. I was called recently and questioned over and over who my new provider was, and they were very rude on the phone about me switching and made me uncomfortable. I was shocked because I didn’t want to drive and hour and half to Smithfield anymore for my doctors appointment, and they were hostile towards me on the phone. I’m very disappointed in how this place has gone downhill in the recent years and hope they act more professional in the future. I have been his patient for 16 years! HE is the most compassionate, thorough, SPOT ON about every single diagnosis and is ALWAYS available. I followed him from Williamsburg, to Smithfied.

Doctor Pope is a very committed Doctor who spends time with you until he is sure everything is covered with your personal illness or problem.

My doctor is Renee Dial. I'm so happy to have found her. Because I owe an account balance the BUSINESS office has dismissed me as a patient. Even after I made payment arrangements and made 1 payment. Rhonda promised she would not send me a dismissal letter, but, here it is. she lied and made me think she cared, but i was wrong. These people do not care that you have health and financial issues. They just want money.
