My 4 months old had a mucosal in her mouth. As a mom to a small baby I was super scared. Saw her before the insurance fully cleared and was great the whole time. Talked to me like a person (which most doctors don't most in my experience are socially awkward) and made something that would have been scary in any other situation not scary. Did the little surgery to remove it and was super nice through the whole process.

Drove an elderly relative with new onset hearing loss for a first visit with Dr. Pollock, and I was impressed with the office staff's willingness to accommodate the new patient by allowing her to wait in the car until an exam room was ready. Additionally, the patient left his office beaming about Dr. Pollock's courteous and efficient ability to diagnose her problem and intervene with a solution that resulted in the patient's hearing returning to her normal baseline. My son loves Dr Pollock ! He's absolutely amazing with my son .

Dr. Pollack removed my tonsils and adenoids when I was a teenager. He was very thorough in his assessment and explaination (15 years ago). He has also successfully treated my mother just a few months ago. I will be taking my child to see him soon, as he's the best in the area.

When he first started practicing, I respected Dr. Pollock. The fact that he could recommend using simple salt with water as a treatment for a sore throat or sinus problem was impressive. But many years later. When I saw him about a loss of smell and taste, I found out from him that nothing could be done and those senses might return in time. However, I left his office with a prescription for a very expensive nose inhaler which was completely unrelated to my problem. He caught on quick!

I highly recommend Dr. Pollock for any ent pediatric issue or concern. My daughter was 2 years old when we started seeing him and doctors' visits and checkups were very unpleasant due to her constant ear infections. Dr. Pollock was phenomenal with our daughter. He established a very quick and trusting rapport with our daughter and was just great with her. His staff is pleasant and very helpful also. Overall just a very successful and pleasant experience.
