Everyone was friendly, I felt comfortable with the lady cleaning my teeth

Great team and makes me super comfortable during each visit ????

I had the most pleasant experience here. It was the best experience my husband and I have had with any dentist. We will be returning for all of our dental needs. They explained everything thoroughly. They didn't have us waiting all day. They were professional and not pushy.

Great pain free

I started the process for my crown implants and had two implants put in yesterday. Dr. Phillips was done in like 45 minutes! No pain and never felt like he rushed, just knows what he’s doing!!! I was so nervous to get this done and now I have complete confidence getting the rest of the process completed!!! If you need a great dentist, come here. The staff is also great!!!!!

If your looking for a Dentist...,Thomas L. Phillips Jr.,Is the one to go to. I have been to many different dentists in the twenty some years while living here in Ft. Worth .And trust me when I tell you that he will be my Dentist from now on.Friendly staff to go with it.Is a BIG PLUS. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Worst experience in my life, did not wait until I was completely numb before he started drilling, I guess he was in that much of a hurry. I was an LHI referral, because I am an Army Reservist we have to see who they schedule us with. Never again.

Very friendly and efficient staff

Dr. Phillips is the hometown FortWorth dentist with modern expertise.

Professional and courteous team, plus a very convenient location. Been going there for a few years now and not planning to change at all. Highly recommend them.

The most wonderful team- front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Phillips are all excellent. I can’t recommend them highly enough!! I’m a patient of 2 and a half years and have been just as pleased with every visit.

I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. Very friendly staff. My all in all experience was a great one.

Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating. Kim, the dental hygienist, is great. We have great conversations when she’s not poking around in my mouth.

I went here on a referral from and family member. I have never, never, ever, had a dental cleaning so thorough. The lady that did the cleaning, did a phenomenal job. I’d give her a hundred stars if I could.

She was so kind & considerate. The kind of asst. that wants to make u as comfortable as possible. So thank you for that! Dr. Phillips is pretty great as well very nice explained in detail what i needed. Very compassionate & understanding. I will definitely be back & would recommend this dentist to everyone. Everyone is always so friendly, I feel comfortable when I am there. They share important information with me about how to take care of my teeth, gums, etc. I wouldn't change anything.

Pretending expertise in things he knows nothing about to get you through the door and then denies it after you're there with an absolute deer in the headlights look when confronted with a real patient.

Had a great first cleaning and exam with Kim & Dr. Phillips. Kim was fantastic and most importantly didn't ask me questions while she had tools in my mouth. She hit all my problem areas and was quick and efficient.

Super staff - treated me very nice, and gave me a fair estimate. Dr. Phillips has more than enough experience to manage any dental needs anyone would have. Just had a root canal and a new crown! No Pain! Super fit and feels real good! Thank you so much for your service. .

Very detailed, did all treatment in one day instead of having me come back for multiple appointments. Explained treatment and future planning thoroughly that no other dentist has informed me of. Works fast makes sure everything is good and that you are aware of what is going on. Makes sure that you are happy when leaving.

From the time you walk in from the time you depart, the staff is so friendly. Dr. Phillips is very personable and enjoys getting to know his patients. My husband and I are new to the area and they made us feel very welcomed.

I wouldn’t return here ever again. I came in to get my check up and they gave me the shaft by giving me a limited evaluation. So instead of giving me a cleaning and full examination which was covered at 100%, they gave me a limited evaluation, which they knew they had to charge me for, and THEN tried to schedule a cleaning the same day of my appointment which is what they should’ve done in the first place. The doctor spent less then 30 seconds looking at my teeth and said to remove them. That was it. I already KNEW I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled out, I just needed a cleaning and a referral to get them done. That didn’t happen. They referred me to a dentist that comes in once a month, who is not an oral suregeon, to pull my wisdom teeth. Unless you’re looking for basic dental work, look somewhere else. I've used Dr. Phillips for years. He and his staff do great work and I've never had a bad experience. I never have to do much concerning the insurance either. They take care of us all the way around.

Dr. Phillips’ office is very welcoming. The staff is attentive and polite. Kim did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Phillips is thorough in his process. Definitely a keeper.

I love the office I felt very welcomed and very comfortable. Dr. Phillip was amazing. Crystal the RDA was simple awesome . Kim the hygienist was very carrying .And Sara was a wonderful. All in all I would recommend the office to my family and friends
