Dr. Park has done a previous surgery on my neck. Everything turned out great. I now am waiting on a lower back surgery. I have complete confidence in Dr. Park. He will do what is best for his patient.

Dr. Parks took away my pain by doing a decompression. I am now walking daily to strengthen my back.

Very professional and they put your health care first

I met Dr Park and his team the same day of my spinal surgery because it was an emergency. He and his staff were wonderful, anytime we sent a message to them it was answered and then some. Excellent people going above and beyond! I'm so grateful.

Had a microdiscectomy done on my L5, S1. Doctor Parks and his team was very thorough with explaining all options and possible outcomes of each outcome. They provided helpful material and videos of the procedure and got me setup for the procedure within 3 weeks of initial visit. Awesome, experienced team and followed up checking on my condition afterwards.

He had completed two fusion surgeries on me, neck and back. Both surgeries and recoveries went well

He made me fee like he cares very compassionate and he explained everything so I understand and referred me to the right Dr

On my first visit to Dr. Park’s office I met with his assistant who explained possible surgical procedures and ordered a targeted injection for pain and referred me for physical therapy. The injection was unsuccessful, and the physical therapist informed me to reschedule after my pain lessened significantly. However, I was never informed that the physical therapy was required before any surgery could be approved. I left messages for both the physician assistant and the pain technician asking for next steps. There was no response from either and I didn’t learn of the physical therapy REQUIREMENT until my meeting with Dr. Park a month later. Because of this lapse I have been in increased pain and my surgery has been delayed unnecessarily. Dr. Park is highly recommended; however, I think his office staff should be more responsive.

I did not like the way the two girls talked to me when they had no idea what I had been through in the last six months and didn’t care.

Dr. Park was pleasant and able to assist with at least a preliminary diagnosis which I had waited a week for from two other providers.

i’ve been dealing with back and leg pain for 3 years, took 1 visit to get an mri, we’ve been denied mri’s before at other places, instantly saw and found the problem, feeling very grateful and hopeful for the future now. great experience

Dr. Parks is awesome doctor and he is so nice and consistent for his patients. I would tell everyone he is another Dr. Wingo the best back Dr. in Tallahassee Florida

My husband and I have used Dr Park several times in the past. So has my daughter. He’s the BEST around! Very personable, and listens to your concerns. He explains what the problem is and how he feels it should be handled. The best of the best!!

Dr. Parks is an amazing doctor. He listens, he talks with you about the reason for your visit and again, he listens. I can not thank him nor his staff enough.

First visit I saw Dr. Park and found him caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain in laymen terms. Yesterday’s visit I saw his assistant because I was told he was running behind and they didn’t know what time he’d get to me. She explained things to me and took her time. Very knowledgeable too. She then sent in Lindsey who went over a procedure with me and put me at ease. She gave me her card and said If I had any questions feel free to call her. Kudos to her and TOC for having her in on staff.My appointment was for 8 am and don’t understand why Dr. Not available unless so many patients are booked for the same time.

Dr. Park has done numerous surgeries on my back and neck and all of them were successful and relieved my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Park and his staff.

The best doctor I have seen. No rushing you , answered all questions . Very happy new patient. Highly recommend them. Had my second back surgery on January 17. First fusion was not successful. I met with Dr. Park for a post op appointment to discuss my recovery from the microdecompression surgery I had 3 weeks ago. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and was seen 5 minutes early. The surgery had gone very well and Dr. Park was satisfied with my progress. We discussed the pain level and my physical limitations and the outlook for a complete recovery is excellent. I am extremely happy with Dr. Park and his team. I probably would have rated Dr. Parks 5 stars, But unfortunately I was not seen by him. I am highly disappointed with the service I received from a TOC staff member Melissa Fontenot she was very unprofessional, very aggressive and threatening acts of sabotage. She disregarded my seriousness of my pain and request to have a MRI. Years prior I once were seen by a spine specialist who sent me to have a MRI performed and they noticed 2 cyst near my ovaries. I had stated to her about my surgery. Had the Spine Specialist not referred the MRI, the cyst would not have been detected. I was seen by him because of a car accident. The way she had yelled at me, I was very embarrassed. I was there to be evaluated by Doctor Parks, for a MRI, not to be harassed by Melissa Fontenot.

Dr. Park was very thorough and concerned and took steps to make sure I was comfortable and heard. Great bedside manner.

Recently, I had a first visit at Dr. Parks office at TOC. I was seen by his PA, Ms. Fontenot. She was very pleasant, caring and explained everything in layman terms and medical terms. My complaint was that I had hip pain which seemed to be advancing. She suggested a shot to rid me of the pain. Very reluctantly, I finally agreed to shot. Today, there is no pain. Dr. Park was very pleasant and informative. He took a lot of time with me explaining MRI images. Great recommendation with options for repair of my low back. Wonderful bedside manners.

Didn't meet with Dr. Park, met with his assistant. I wasn't informed that I would see someone else instead of Dr. Park. The norm is the initial visit is with the doctor

I did not see Dr. Park, for I saw a woman. I am not sure if she was a physician assistant or another doctor. She told me I just have a lot of Arthritis, and that was about It. This visit was for my lower back. I told her I had just seen Dr. Chandler for my neck. I had had my right shoulder replaced Jan. 25, by Dr. Thompson. I go in April for a shot in my neck. Dr Park spent a lot of time with me and he studied the kat scans and the mri. He conclufed that my lower back needed to be fused. Dr Park spent Tim explaining the procedure to me and we both decided to move forward. I am now almost one month post operation. I am pain free. Except for the surgery and I know that will pass. Dr Park was with me pre and post surgery. I am so grateful for Dr Park

I had a really bad herniated disk that required surgery, I considered going home for the surgery but we met with Dr. Park. He was super confident and professional and made us feel very comfortable about the procedure. Dr. Park performed the surgery and everything turned out great. If you have any issues with your neck, I would highly recommend Dr. Park and his team at TOC. While I hope to not need anything in the future, but if I did, I would only want Dr. Park to perform the procedure. Back pain

I met with ARNP Kim Hagen for my first experience. She was very professional and attentive. During the visit she ordered wrist braces and I was asked to wait in the downstairs lobby for someone to provide them to me. After waiting 30 minutes I approached the desk for assistance and was told I would need to wait because the person responsible for providing the braces was not answering the phone and could not be located. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was told they still could not locate the staff member and that I needed to go back to the waiting area and was rudely admonished that I couldn't leave until I received them. Very poor service and TOC needs to recognize people can't take unlimited time from work while they try to find their employees. Unfortunately I had to leave without them. Perhaps the worker will be at their post when I have my follow up visit in 6 weeks.

My visit with Dr Park’s assistant went well. She answered my questions reguarding the possible complications of my need for spinal surgery. At this time I feel the disadvanges outweigh the advantages. I will continue the Epidural as needed.

As a nurse who investigates qualityof care in our Healthcare system, I have high standards. Dr. Park has been my surgeon for 14 years and 5 spine surgeries. I would not trust my family with anyone else. With a profound knowledge, skill and professionalism, Dr. Park has made me healthier, improved my mobility and relieved my pain. He has a great team that helps him every step of way. You will not find a better Spine Specialist in North Florida.

I have been a patient of Dr. Park for 14 years. I wouldn't trust my spine to anyone else.

Excellent doctor, listens and explains everything. Takes time for questions, too. Will keep him as my Orthopedic Dr.

My visit with Dr. Park went very well. I was prepared to ask many very detailed questions about my Neck injury and condition, and was very pleased with Dr. Park's patience and willingness to address my Medical concerns about a particular surgical procedure. He demonstrated a high degree of respect and interest, and I was not rushed in any way.

New patient, very pleased with Dr Park. I did not feel rushed and he was very patient answering all my questioned. He printed out material for me to remember what I needed to order. He gave me options other than just saying let’s operate!

He seems to have done a good enough as of now he did my c4 and ç5 in my neck and also worked on my lower back for my lumbar put rods and screws in it so far so good and he has explained everything to my wife and myself in details I like dr Park good dr
