Dr. Thomas Terumi Omoto

I called up the office on 1/6, paid my bill, and requested that receipt be mailed to me but, instead, I received a bill in the mail. I called the office again on 1/14, and the front desk person was rude, unprofessional, and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke directly to Dr. Omoto who was unapologetic and unaccountable for his staff's behavior. Dr. Omoto stated that he had too many staff members, and if I did not have the person's name, he could do nothing. This is unfortunate because the office is a tiny single provider office that would have taken little effort on his part to ask who answered the phone and his staff accountable.
