We have had excellent care from Dr Tom for the past 25 years, it’s been a pleasure to be able to have him caring for us and my parents. You will be missed by all your patients and we wish you the very best retirement. Sad to see you retire. You deserve 10 stars !!!!

I am trying to locate Dr,. Niebeling. He is in nowhere land and nobody can tell me where he landed

Dr. Niebeling has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is the only one I trust and now I can't find him again!

I've been seeing Dr. Neibling for a few years now. I have been very satisfied with him. He listens attentively and takes his time with this 87 year old. I am so glad he is now with my clinic. I recommend highly. Walt M

I cannot remember who my doctor was before Dr. Niebling, I have been his patient that long. I too am very sad that I don't know where he is practicing. He has been a great doctor and friend to me through some tough times, the latest being back surgery, and also the death of my husband. Those are just a couple things through the many years I have known him. I wish only the best for you, Dr. Niebling, where ever you are. You are one of the best in my opinion. Margaret Wilkins
