8 years ago I went to Dr. Murray after trying 1 other foot doctor who gave me medicines and then wanted to try shots. Dr. Murray said I needed the 140.00 inserts and no shots or medicine. I tried the inserts and in I week I could walk again with no trouble. I now have 2 pair and never walk with out them. Its been 8 years, I'm soon to be 72 years old, I walk 8 to ten thousand steps a day. After years of wearing Army boots I had a huge problem with my big toenail that I had just simply refused to deal with. It had become so very painful that I mentioned to my Father that I just wished I could have the toe removed. I have a medical background but felt I had caused this problem and honestly was worried it was not "solvable". In one quick visit Dr. Murray solved it and I can say I would go back at anytime without any fear. I would definitely recommend him to absolutely anyone.
