Thomas Raymond Mitchell

Dr. Mitchell was my doctor while I was very ill and unable to work for 3 yrs. He suddenly left the practice leaving behind bewildered patients. My disability lawyer sent him paperwork to fill out which he not only refused he had his florida staff threaten to arrest me if I ever contacted him again.

Very thorough, calm demeanor, very caring. Excellent Dr.
