I just left the office after waiting 2 months for an appointment; I sit in the waiting room 1 hr past my appointment time, I go to the front reception woman to ask when I will be seen and she says 30-45 more minutes. So let me get this straight, I have to wait 1:45min past my appointment time because you guys can't run the office right. when you call this number it says its disconnected

I had my procedure done on September 22,2020 and Ive called the office twice to talk to the doctor. The reason for this is because the day of my procedure I felt loopy so I needed some questions to be answered the next day since I felt better. The 3rd of my procedure and called the office again secretary said that the doctor would call me within an hour (that hour came and left). The receptionist who answered for appointments was rude and got upset because I asked her to hang on because if a fire drill at parkview rehab center and to continue to talk in just 1 minute well she screamed I'm busy if your job is too much get another job

Great doctor! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE wait time especially for a new patient. I understand the sign in the office said they make every effort to adhere to scheduled times, but a 45 min wait past my appointment time is unacceptable. On my way to office I got lost called four times no answer I’m lucky I was able to even make it on time. If I was the late one they probably would have called me and gave me a time frame of how late I can be for doctor to see me right? Also; my daughter took a day off of work to come and bring me to this appt. The receptionist is not approachable I walked in not even a greeting or maybe even a smile. The receptionist is there and sometimes she isn’t, so even if you wanna ask a question most of the time she isn’t there. Either they’re short handed or someone called in but they should at least have another person answering phones. A man was called before me twice and wasn’t here and I figured they’ll call me but they didn’t. Nor did they at least have the courtesy to come out and let me know or apologize they’re running late. The nurse came out twice to call a man that came before us, and there was no man in waiting room. My appt time came and nurse came out I’m thinking she’d ask for me instead she asked for the same man she asked for 15 min ago and surely enough it was the man that came in before she came out. So why or how is it fair that he left, got called three times and wasn’t here and if it was my appt time and he comes back gets to be seen? If someone’s appt is at 2 and you come out to call someone and they’re not in the waiting area then technically they’ve missed their appt. The reason for the one star is for the experience. Everytime I'm in the hospital, even if it's not for my kidneys, he comes and checks on me. I couldn't ask for a better urologist.

Dr.Malvar, is a kind compassionate person. He has a great bedside manner. He truly explained to me everything before my surgery, so I felt confident that I was in good hands. His follow up with me was exceptional. There are not many Doctors of his caliber. I highly recommend him. ????
