This one star is for the practice that bought it NOT FOR DR.LOWE! Dr. Lowe is AMAZING and wish it was still his practice and things would run the same as before. I am currently having a blood sugar spike, feel completely weak, lethargic and not myself and the doctor on call will not take my call. The after hours call service tried to put me through because I had an insulin question since I have gestation diabetes and am currently one of their patients that goes weekly since I'm 34 weeks but still they would not take my call. They said they are only taking pregnancy calls for emergency calls? IM PREGNANT and clearly stated this on the phone and they still refused to take my call. The told me to call my OB? Which I find bizarre since I'm going regularly to the peri for this very reason of what I have a question with. They are the ones that prescribed me the insulin - my OB has nothing to do with it. I had a feeling „I am in the wrong movie“ + the office is just opposite of the street to the hospital + the office is in the nice area + no waiting times, I was coming punctually and was taken punctually + the staff is friendly enough - bills take time 5-7 working days, I needed it much faster for my insurance - the ultrasound device is very old one (in all the rooms they have), the office have no possibilities to give you the wait of the baby, the length of the baby or to show you if the baby have a breach position - by tolling with the doctor I feeling not take serious - only 2-3 pictures with face of the baby, I wanted to see more data like „what week/trimester is it? They make falls and wrote wrong trimester at the pictures so I was wondering at home if I got picture about my baby or if it was another women? This place has my wife wait forever. They dont communicate at all. You wait and wait and wait for hours. If you coming here please dont make any other plans bc you will not make it to your next stop. So rude of them to have there guest wait this long. :(

If you can find another doctor, I would strongly advise you do so. This office is so awfully ran. If your appointment is at 8:30 don’t expect to see the doctor till about 10:30. It’s insane how they run this office. No consideration that you are pregnant and possibly uncomfortable or sick and don’t want to have to wait 2 hours to be seen. And I know this isn’t just my experience I have spoken with several women that have had the same experience. It’s also inhumane that they don’t allow spouses into the appointments due to covid, does that mean that the nurses and doctor are also quarantining and not having any interaction with people outside the office; no grocery shopping, going to restaurants, etc. doubt it. The office is extremely rude! I called to speak with the billing department because they over-charged me and the woman who answered the phone was so nasty and said “you are calling the wrong number” like how am I supposed to know that they have different offices/numbers??? And then I tried calling the billing number and they haven’t returned my call In over 4 days!!! Unprofessional .... Dr. Lowe is the best! He is understanding and he listens to your concerns. He performed my cerclage and kept checking my cervix until the week I gave birth at 37 weeks which is the longest I’ve ever pregnant. My only living child was born at 33 weeks and 5 days.

Dr. Lowe and his staff are exceptional! The staff were always friendly and helpful to me and answered all my questions. I once called towards the end of the day and had some questions for Dr. Lowe, not really expecting him to get back to me, and he called me that day at 8pm (he was still at the office finishing up working) and was happy to answer all my questions about an upcoming appt and put me at ease. Barbara, my ultrasound tech, was the kindest, sweetest woman ever. My husband couldn't be with me due to Covid for an important appointment, and Barbara comforted me and was so kind. I have only good things to say about Dr. Lowe and his staff. Sure, sometimes you have a long wait until you’re seen by someone, sometimes an hour, but I think its worth it when you’re waiting for such professional and caring staff. I will give 2 stars because the lady at the front desk was sweet and the doctor was nice enough. I went here for my 20 week ultrasound today and it was by far the worst experience. The ultrasound tech, Barb, was the most unpleasant healthcare professional I have ever met. She ignored my questions, was blunt, rude, and made me so uncomfortable. She didn't even give me any pictures to take home. As it is, my husband couldn't come due to COVID precautions, and could barely see the ultrasound on our video call. Overall, I was extremely upset and disappointed. I was hoping they would have been more kind and the experience would have been more pleasant, as spouses cannot come like normal. Dr. Lowe is an outstanding high risk doctor. I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff especially Patricia at the front desk! Dr. Lowe made sure throughout the whole pregnancy that my baby and I were safe. When the going got tough Dr. Lowe and my OB were readily accessible & consistently on top of my health. Thank you !

Dr Lowe is such a Gem, and he’s very personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Barbara was my tech and she was amazing too and made the whole experience very special. They make a great team. Overall I had a great experience, I had an early 8:30am appointment and was seen on time.

I had a great experience and easy appointment. The front desk staff was very friendly. Camille, my ultrasound technician, was wonderful and Dr. Lowe was very attentive and kind. I have not yet been to a doctor's office where there is no wait but I was seen very quickly. It seems from other reviews that other people may have had to wait longer so if this is an issue for you, I recommend you request the first appointment in the morning or the first one after lunch or bring along a book. There are always appointments that take longer than others and I appreciate the fact that the doctors and technicians take each appointment seriously instead of looking at the clock every 5 minutes. The Administration department is Disorganized and careless about their patients, I been twice and always had a bad experience, they mix appointments hours with other patients and don’t take responsibility about it they make you wait and not informe you about what’s going on, very bad experience every time we go to this office.

Waiting almost 3 hours now and still have not seen the doctor! Heres a piece of advice, if you cant handle a full waiting room then MAKE LESS APPOINTMENTS! POORLY RAN ESTABLISHMENT!

The doctor is knowledgeable and kind. But they are always behind, you have to wait hours in the waiting room, try to get the first appointment of the day if you can...

The wait is super long. My OB referred me here for my 20week appt. Thankfully I only have to come here once or twice. You’d think that they would have comfortable chairs while you’re waiting for 2-3 hrs for your appt...plus the office staff is rude. If you don’t have to come here, I wouldn’t suggest you did. Dr. And tech were nice.

I was sent to this office by my doctor for a full anatomy scan of the baby, and overall the visit was great. The woman who did our ultrasound (Barbara) was amazing! We had a great conversation with her as she took her time looking at the baby and she gave us plenty of pictures to take home. The doctor is really nice and went through all the information with us and answered all of our questions. The wait was about an hour but that’s the only negative thing I have to say. Dr. Lowe is wonderful! It’s hard to find a physician that can explain medical procedures, or a diagnosis in a way that helps a non-medical person fully understand what their body is going through, but Dr. Lowe is so down to earth! He’ll put your mind at ease. This is such a wonderful gift in any medical specialty, but essential in Maternal Fetal Medicine . He’ll make you feel like your talking to real person. This review is for women who are high risk pregnancy and want the best care just like me. 1- doctor Lowe is awesome, he will take his time to explain everything and I mean everything to you in an understandable language, not the medical terms that regular people don't nesesary know! Very knowledgeable! He won't overdo and he wont underdo! 2- ultrasound techs are very nice, I have had 5 done so far every time with a different tech and they are very efficient and know what they are doing! 3- afternoon appointments do take longer wait time but after all you want the best care right? I went to this office for the first time yesterday and was really impressed by how friendly the staff was and how professional and caring Dr. Lowe is. The ultrasound technician really seemed to know her stuff and Dr. Lowe took his time explaining the different tests and procedures to me. I felt like he really had my best interests at heart and that he isn't just out to make money. The only negative didn't involve the office at all but one pushy and rude "patient" who tried to push her weight around as I was making my future appointments with the front desk nurse. The nurse handled the situation with patience and grace and we were both flabbergasted by how insanely rude this woman was. Loved them!!The only issue, sometimes, is the wait but let's get real. There are not a lot of perinatologists, in the South Florida area, that I know of. Dr. Lowe is the SWEETEST!!!! He takes time to explain everything. He is very knowledgeable and just very down to earth. We never felt rushed. One time, my husband walked in late, and he took the time to explain everything again!! The ultra sound techs are sweet and compassionate! I had Sandy once and Tara a couple of times. He was very quick and seemed only interested in getting in and out of the room as quick as possible. Had a baby born with serious complications and died 5 days later. According to him, everything was fine. Go to a Doctor who cares and listens. Not one just trying to bill as many patients as possible.

Very disappointed. Both times that i was here the wait to get into a room was well over an hour.They don't care that your time is valuable. I read other reviews claiming the doctor takes his time. Love Dr Lowe. He is an amazing high risk perinatologist. I was under his care in 2017 and extremely satisfied. I can’t say enough nice things about him and his knowledge. Very smart doctor! My family and I are very grateful

I have been going to this location since I was 15 weeks pregnant. I love Dr. Lowe and his expertise. Yes the wait time is horrendous. But, I never feel rush by the techs or Dr. Lowe. He takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. He explains things in a matter that you understand. The staff is pleasant and nice.

My wife never had easy pregnancies. Today I am sat at hospital. It is 10:20 PM and Dr. Lowe just left her room. He came to provide not only his seniority and vast expertise but to provide moral help as well. It is very difficult to find a true Doctor. I never had the feeling of being a customer, for doctor Lowe we are people, individual persons, that must be protected. His knowledge and criteria are out of all question, as well as his moral. Even my wife situation is complicated, he has been able to take the best decision without compromising his response by selfish concepts like liability, or money. From my European mind this is the perfect embodiment of what all Doctors should be like: ready to decide thinking about patient first and exclusively not considering any other factors like his own wealth or issues. Dr. Lowe is an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor. Be prepared for a long wait time in his office as he does not rush through patients and truly takes his time with everyone. He is worth the wait. The Ultrasound Techs in his office (barb is my fave) are wonderful as well. You can tell they truly enjoy their profession. Each time I was admitted to a hospital Dr. Lowe made sure to stop in personally and check on me. This is my 3rd pregnancy having Dr. Lowe as my specialist. I only went there because my gynecologist sent me for my 20 week ultrasound but I have to say he was amazing. He was the guy version of my midwife, if I hadn't been going to her for the last 11 years and didn't love her just as much I would want to go to him. He is welcoming, warming, educated, punctual and of course very intelligent. The staff was very nice also. Highly recommend ! Dr. Lowe is an amazing doctor, and so far both ultrasound techs I've had and the nurse who draws blood are as well , picked up on something at my 20 week ultrasound that could be easily overlooked. Glad I will be monitored by him. With this being my first pregnancy I have some anxiety but he is very down to earth and thorough. Glad I got him and not the other perinatal dr in the area who I hear has horrible bed side manor. Less importantly but still want to add the office is beautiful! Dr. Lowe is patient and kind. He explains all procedures and results very well and will repeat in a different way if he sees confusion. He truly wants his patients to be well informed. When delivering bad news, he does so with compassion and care. Office staff has been great, friendly and patient.
