Dr. Thomas Kevin Lackey

All my visiit were god, They are very nice Dr. checks me out, and he explains. Everything to you where you can understand. All the Medical staff is very knowledgeable and understanding and pleasant. Dr. LACKEY’s OFFICE HAS A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE WHEN YOU ENTER THE DOORS: He is a good Doctor and he’s really helped me and I will recommend him to everyone that needs specialists .

On time, all were very nice with Dr. Lackey nice, professional work. Helpful back pain relief.

Very good treatment in a caring environment

Waited 3 months for appointment and was greeted by nurse who said I could not see Dr. Lackey because they were strict and I could not adhere to their rules?

Dr. Lackey was very caring and listened to me. Performed test to clarify my issues. Love him! I moved or would be still seeing him.

RUDE!!! If it would let me give a zero rating that's what they would get.

Uncaring know it all with zero bedside manner. I've met psychopaths with more compassion. He sends in unqualified staff to do his job, rarely visits with patients and gets pissed when you have questions about how to best manage your pain. He gets paid for spinal blocks so unless you are willing to have them he has no use for you. I wouldn't recommend him to a corpse. Find a doctor who cares.

He has patients come to his office and then has his nurse tell the patient there is nothing they can do for them. They just assume the patients are there for drugs and give out wrong information about what a drug is when the patient ask about it. I wanted three hours to be seen and then did not even see the doctor. He had his nurse come in to tell me they could not help me. This physician was recommended to me by someone else, however it was a terrible experience and I would never recommend him.

Very pleased with Dr. Lackey and Mrs. Brown. They actually listen to you and work with you on treatment. They do not push unnecessary or unwanted procedures or treatments. Highly recommended.
