UPDATE: Dr. Kelly's practice has been bought by another dentist, Dr. Scaramuzzo. I've seen him a few times now, and I will post a review on his practice once I've been a patient for a little longer. OLD REVIEW: I've been Dr. Kelly's patient for more than 10 years. He knows me and asks about my personal life with surprising memory. The hygienists are all friendly, warm, and efficient, making small talk if you'd like, or working quietly if that's more comfortable. Once your teeth have been cleaned, Dr. Kelly comes to inspect your teeth carefully, always honest and never overselling any unnecessary services. Dr. Kelly truly wants to take care of your teeth, not take your money. I've had moderate work done a few times. The work is always quick, painless, and correct the first time. Beverly at reception is sweet and professional, able to schedule and reschedule pretty flexibly. I've never had any complaints at all. Very professional, and caring.....always called me by my first name which made me feel comfortable. They care about their patients and their needs and don't nickel and dime either. Will always recommend them.

Dr. Kelly, is outstanding!!! His staff are wonderful and very caring. I have used him for 14 years and if I have a problem he will communicate with you so you do understand the procedure. Fabulous Dentist in every way! Makes patients comfortable as a result of his easy-going personality. Has surrounded himself with excellent staff members who are nice, professional, and make dental health as easy as possible - depending on your internal comfort-level. Dr. Kelly and his assistant have a wonderful working relationship to the point I think they read each other's minds! Never have I experienced a dentist with such dexterity and strength of hands. Quick, thorough, professional!!!

It was the best experiance I have ever had at a dentist office. All the staff was nice and very professional.

I don't tend to review companies. but reading the two replies here gives a bad rep to a great doc. I have been using Dr Kelly for 15 some odd years. basically sense i moved to NC. had my kids go there. have had caps and braces and cleaning. I have scene moved to North Raleigh, so they are NOT geographically close but guess what - i am still using him. And will be for a long long time. Marlana (your the reason i am posting): Yes, they have a late-cancellation policy. You know what. I don't blame them. I run a Photography business and you would not believe how many folks call at the last minute (and i mean *LAST* minute). Yes things come up. Every time i have had to move and apartment with a notice i they have worked with me. Yes, I have had to pay it on one occasion for one of my teenage kids blowing off an appointment at the last minute. That's a time slot they LOOSE so fair is fair. I much prefer it to doctors that OVER book because they know you will call in and cancel on them and make me wait. Ashley: I agree at times the front desk can be less that 'cheerie'. Those folks dont usually stay there long. I can tell you from person experiences they have worked with me - i travel a LOT too.
