Dr. Thomas Jeffers

Dr. Jeffers has proven to be a thorough and competent doctor. He reads symptoms well, prescribes effective treatments and has been spot-on with his treatments for me.

Not a fan. Seemed in a huge hurry and was dismissive. Bedside manner of an android. Would not visit again or recommend to others.

I had an urgent situation over the weekend and had to call the on call doctor at that time. Turns out it was Dr Jeffers. He called me back late Sunday night and was very rude and short to say the least. Very uncaring! I know it was late but he was the ON CALL doctor and he should be up for it if so. He didn't help my situation at all and in fact made it worse. It turned out that I was very ill.

Dr. Jeffers is very competent, and I completely trust him. I've seen him for a variety of reasons over the past 23 years, and he has always provided expert diagnosis, great explanations, and excellent treatment.

Dr. Jeffers was a bit dismissive of my issues during my urgent care visit. Perhaps he had somewhere to be on that Saturday and was distracted. He seemed to lack empathy and was anxious to just get me out of there. I waited for 2 weeks and have STILL not been given my test results for that visit. It is very disappointing to be nervous and scared about your physical health and not receive much involvement from the doctor. He certainly isn't the worst doctor, but most definitely isn't the best.

Listens, doesn't dismiss what you're feeling. I was nervous having a cyst removed from my face, I asked him to sing a song to take my mind off of what he was doing. He sang through it & has a nice voice.
