I was terrified of the dentist for many years and refused to go. Due to this phobia, I ended up with a severe tooth infection. The pain was immense, and I knew I had to find a dentist ASAP. I happened to stop in Dr. Helm's office, and they got me in right away (without an appointment) for X-Rays. Since then, I've gone back numerous times for teeth cleanings and minor fillings. The staff is so friendly, and they immediately put your mind at ease. Dr. Helm himself is extremely professional and knowledgeable and talks you through everything he is going to do. I just moved here, and wasn't sure what dentist would be best for me in this area. After calling around and not getting anywhere with nobody else, Dr. Helms office personal were happy to get me a checkup with no issues. I just went back for my second check up a few weeks ago, and the staff welcomed me back, and made me feel like family. Please dont go off of the review from someone that can't even find the office. I'm from Illinois and found it just fine! I just moved here, and wasn't sure what dentist would be best for me in this area. In general, Very difficult to work with. Scheduled 4 new pt appts for me & my kids(ROUTINE CLEANINGS). They did not want to schedule ANY of my kids together stating "they didn't like to schedule more than 2 at a time of the same family". Scheduled anyway-- the day of the 1st two appts my GPS got me turned around & i was 10 min late. I did call to ask directions and let them know...
