He charged me $92 for earwax removal that I didn't even ask for, and it literally took him about 30 seconds to cpmplete. I simply went in for refills on my thyroid medicine, and I made it clear that was all I wanted done. I called to ask about it and the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. She insisted that it was part of new patient procedure and if it blocked my hearing (which it did not), it was necessary. I started to disagree and she cut me off, yelling "Yes it is! Google it!!" I feel like they are purposely swindling new patients to make extra money off of them. They can earn $3 per second of work doing this. He deserves zero stars. I can't believe a doctor with such low moral standards has been in practice for so long. He should be ashamed of himself. He's been my primary doctor for about 15 years. He has always been open to hearing my thoughts and opinions. He's good about remembering me and my health needs from visit to visit. The nurse is easy to get a hold of when I have questions or need a refill and the receptionist is great about making me appointments that fit my schedule. I LOVE their hours! Hopefully I can see him until he retires (not soon I hope) and then I can see his son who has a practice in the same office. He's been my primary doctor for about 15 years. I've seen Dr. TK Hamilton for over 20 years, with the exception of a two/three year gap because of insurance change. As soon as I noticed I could see him again, I was there making an appointment. I'm a handful anymore and he'll do his best to find what's ailing you and sent you to the right specialist. Everything changed when the tornado tore through Joplin taking people lives, home and businesses. Along with all my health records at Mercy Hospital. Great Doctor.............
