Dr. Greenlee is very good. He did my vericose vein treatment. His PAC and Sonja were also very good. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to anything medical but they helped me through my fears during the entire procedure. As for the office staff, 1 of the front desk girls is polite and very friendly. The one whom sits on the right (as you enter the office) is very rude and is a disgracful first impression for the office. For example, I had filled out my paperwork and was patiently standing behind the elderly patient checking in. The patient noticed me standing behind her so she asked the front desk lady if she would like to take my papaerwork. In a very condesending and snarky tone she said "She can just wait. I can only handle 1 person at a time." The other patient looked at me and said "Well!" My second visit to the office, all I recieved from her was a "I could not care less" glare. The other young lady invited me to her window and was very polite and friendly. My other complaint is the timeliness. My first appointment was 1pm. I was in the waiting room until 1:57. The nurse finally called me back and did her process then Dr Greenlee came in and did his exam. Then I sat in the exam room 45 minutes waiting for "one of the four" ultrasound techs to come get me. After my ultrasound, I was then again put back in the back waiting room. Finally, after a rotal for 2.5hrs of being there (for my 1 hr appointment) I told the front desk lady that I had to leave for another appointment- there is no telling how long I would have waited had I not had to leave. I expect rth same level of respect for my time as my provider expects for theirs. I scheduled my surgery and was told to be there by 2pm so my surgery could begin at 2:30pm. I was there at 2pm. I sat in the waiting room until 2:50pm only to find out, yet again, they were 1.5hr behind schedule. I nearly opted out of surgery with this practice because of the lack of respect from the front desk to the back office. From the rude, sarcastic scowl of the front office girl to the disrespect for my personal time. I was there well ahead of time to complete my paperwork. I expect the provider and his staff to respect my valuable time as well. All that being said, I would recommend Dr Greenlee and his surgical staff for their skill and excelleex care; however, if you want respect from staff and respect for your time, perhaps you should keep looking. Takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but felt it was needed. If you don’t mind an arrogant doctor who will talk over you the entire time and never let you speak, and speak to you condescendingly – then he is the doctor for you! He fat shamed me the entire visit trying to get me to agree to do bariatric surgery - not what I was there for! There were red flags all over the place and I left there in tears. I have since gotten a second opinion and they were shocked at the things he said!

Dr. Greenlee is wonderful. He explains everything well and I trusted him completely. Would definitely go to him again. Office staff and specialists are friendly and helpful as well.

I love Dr Greenlee!! He is a great doctor. I had Dr. Niebert do my surgery and he retired shortly after.. I was then sent to Dr. Greenlee. He is another doctor at the same place.. I would recommend him.
