Dr Tom Gorsche has a great staff, and make you feel at ease. The doctor is professional, and explains everything so that you can understand it.

Rude, dismissive, impatient, inconsiderate, and downright awful. Actually interrupted my inquiry with “whatever “. Never in my life have I been treated this way. Fired on the spot. I went to him for help and left insulted and in agonizing pain. Worst healthcare experience of my nearly 60 years. Horrible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gorsche for almost a year. Overall the Staff a bunch of very experienced and professional people. Every month I go or an appointment follow up on my surgery the staff is always friendly always has a smile oh, and Doctor gorsche Thomas is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon he knows what he's doing and he has a great bedside manner. The receptionist at the front desk was very rude, she made me and my son feel very uncomfortable as we both greeted her and she did not respond. Actually she looked down and waited for her coworker to assist me. The office has recently moved to the east side of Waterloo, if she does not like minorities then she should not work at this location it really sucks that my kid had to experience such blatant disrespect at such a young age. Dr. Gorsche is great! The office staff are wonderful and full of information. I had questions about insurance coverage of the Visco and he was upfront and answered all my questions. I also talked with his ARNP and she asked after my procedure! They do care and want me to improve! Love Dr. Tom Gorsche

Dr.Gorsche very professional, was very informative, explained everything clearly and answered my question. I like his bedside manner, he made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr.Gorsche to all of my people. Hands down...

The staff was Wonderful and caring. Dr. Gorsche however I found un-compassionate, sarcastic and very Condescending. I will not be returning to this Orthopedic Physician nor would I recommend him.

I did not have to wait in the waiting area for very long!! Everyone was friendly and Dr. Gorsche came up with a plan on my foot pain!! Very satisfied!!

Dr. Goersche listened to my concerns and helped me with my health issue. I am very happy with my care by him and his nursing staff. The staff that greeted me and took my insurance information was kind and helpful and quick to get me registered.

Dr. Gorsche was very friendly and professional. He was always happy with my progress. He answered my questions. In my opinion he is an excellent doctor.

I had bunion surgery. The result could not have been better if I had gone to Mayo or Iowa City, Dr. Gorsche has a wide experience in a wide range of Orthopedic procedures. So fortunate to have this level of expertise so close to home.

I met Dr. Gorsche today. He was bright, thoughtful and easy to talk to. He diagnosed my knee problem quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend him! His staff was excellent as well.
