Dr. Fox & all of his staff are fantastic! Every experience I’ve had at the office is wonderful! I couldn’t ask for a better dentist!

First thing I should point out, place is beautiful. The staff was friendly and very understanding. Got a tooth Extraction, was done in 15 20 mins tops. Paid with debit card and was on my way. Dr likes to joke around a bunch, definitely kept me feeling good. Was initially scared of dentist. But fox is a great guy.

So far I really like the staff and the dentist I'm really hoping my dentures fit me and I get a smile again

I hate going to the dentist put it off for many years. Your office was great to me, made the visit pleasant. Your staff is kind and friendly. I will never put off the dentist again. Thank you.

I have a bad gag reflex and Dr. Fox is the only one that has been able to get an impression without me throwing up. He pulled I think 13 teeth in 2 different days because my insurance was getting canceled. Other dentists would have only pull 1 or 2. I have never seen any of his hygienist afraid of him. They give as much as he does there bickering back and forth helps get you threw appointment. My service dog goes with me and sits in the chair with no problems from Dr. Fox. Highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Fox is such an awesome dentist, he has always been able to get me an appointment when I had teeth problems very educational between him and staff. When it comes to my son whose 7 years old the staff made him feel very at ease when getting his teeth worked on. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Fox was extremely rude and annoyed that the novacaine wasn't numbing me. His assistant seemed afraid of him and he was in the hallway saying he was going to start throwing things. I feel very welcomed in this office. Everyone seems to be very professional and the office is always clean. Dr. Fox has to be the nicest dentist I've ever been to. As always, a great appointment. They do a very thorough, and great job everytime on my cleanings. Not only do they do an excellent job, I can always count on super friendly staff!

Dr. Fox and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have never met a dentist who explains things the way he does to ease my anxiety. I used to dread any dental work, even cleanings; however, after becoming a patient of Dr. Fox's years ago that all changed. Even my children look forward to going to the dentist because of the caring, friendly staff. Not to mention they love all of the interesting decor in the office. Any time any of the 6 of us have had an unexpected problem with our teeth, Jen gets us in asap. They treat us like family and I will only trust Dr. Fox and his staff to care for my family's dental needs. Teeth were rescheduled time after time on their part then told me couldn’t be done till December make your mind up ???? new dentist here we come????

I went to this dentist one time and felt so uncomfortable, when in the office the hygienist was very nice however the doctor was not. He came in an not only made fun of my teeth but as well as made me feel very uncomfortable. He said I would end up being a college drop out like the rest. That asked on why I was not married before having my children. He tried to get answers out of me and one stating how could I be loved with the dental work the needed done(fillings) This was very unprofessional and and was very rough when doing an exam. Not only was he unprofessional as well as Jen is always unprofessional and rude as can be. Not just with me but my fiancé as well. I have always hated going to the Dentist, however last year I started going to Dr. Fox. The best dentist I could have ever asked for. His staff and himself made it so comfortable that I looked forward to going to visit the office! I WILL GIVE EVERYONE THIS REFERENCE FOR DENTIST!

I have been going to Dr Fox for about 10 years now, He is very professional and really listens to my concerns with my teeth, and i have no complaints on the work he has done for me. His staff is really caring and helpful also. I recommend Dr Fox to anyone!

i can’t say enough how great Dr. Fox and staff are. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and they have made the whole process so comfortable and unrushed . Highly recommend

I had two front teeth pulled today. My biggest fear has always been the pain of novocaine injections that go near the nose and sinuses. I was amazed at how little pain I experienced. Dr Fox and his team are great. I would recommend Dr Fox to anyone.

I can agree to another review that if you have state insurance, you are looked down upon. It’s very easy to sense that the receptionist doesn’t want to bother with you. I was on it for a short period of time and haven’t gone back sense dealing with her attitude and snarky comments.

I found myself in need of a new set of dentures and Dr fox was the quickest place I could get in he's 30 min away so I set appointment and go. First was impression, a week later back to pick tooth color and size, another week and go back for wax set to be aligned. Then yet another trip for fitting so fit was absolutely horrible. I was told teeth would line up better in a day or 2. They did not. I had a few days to examine plates and they seemed to be thrown together. During adjust bottom plate was ground enough to live with. Dr fox determined a new top plate needed made, for which an impression was made again sever all more trips for color and alignment. The 2nd top plate would not even fit in my mouth. Once again we need another plate. Almost seems to be getting even for complaints about first set. A impression was made again for 3rd plate 6 months ago and I'm not so sure I want to go back there. No one from the office has ever reached out to try and fix this. Dr fox blamed everything on the lab, but he still uses that same lab. So is it the lab or the use of that lab. If a tool don't work it should be replaced I found myself in need of a new set of dentures and Dr fox was the quickest place I could get in he's 30 min away so I set appointment and go. This man and his team are excellent in caring and catering to the customers. I have been to many dentist and this is by far the best work of dentistry I've seen to date. Jennifer at the front desk is so helpful- always texts reminders and reschedules when necessary. Love all the dental assistants and hygienists. Dr Fox is not only a fabulous singer????, he is incredibly quick...i cannot believe how little time it takes him to do a filling. He always tells me to call back if anything is uncomfortable and he’ll fix it. Very professional dental office. Not sure if we are all going to the same dentist here. I have been a patient for the last 15 years after moving here from DC. Dr. Fox came highly recommended and I recommend him to all my friends and family. His work is superb, not to mention his qualified staff. Dr. Fox and staff are knowledgeable and take their time during all of my appointments. I know that in general people get mad when a bill for services arrives(and they don't want to pay!!) and maybe this was the case with the several bad reviews? Dr. Fox is truly an exceptional dentist. Besides filling a few cavities, he has also done root canals and new crowns for me. Having had a terrible experience with a 'root canal specialist', I was terrified when Dr. Fox said I needed one and that he was going to do it! He took his time making sure I was not in pain, completing it with excellent results. I have been going to Dr. Fox for many years and can honestly say he is the best dentist I've ever gone to. Jennifer, the office manager, is wonderful and oh-so-helpful. The staff is overwhelmingly professional, friendly and caring. If you're a 'dental coward' like I WAS, Dr. Fox is the dentist for you! I no longer walk into the office with sweaty and shaking hands, as Dr. Fox has proven to me that dental work can be done successfully AND pain free! I am terrified of the dentist. I had my first appt with Dr. Fox and his staff today. They were absolutely wonderful! The staff made me feel welcome, the office is welcoming and doesnt remind you of a traditional dentist office, and Dr Fox was very kind, gentle, and humorous. I would definitely recommend them!

The dental assistants are the only good thing this office has going for them. They are compasionate and caring. The front desk lady, Jennifer, is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you have any kind of state insurance, dont even waste your time. You will be treated inhumanely.

Dr. Fox has been my dentist for the past 2 years, he's friendly and knowledgeable and he is always willing to listen and work to fix your problem. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Fox and all his staff. I have attended many Dentists (I'm old!) in three States, and he is the best! Kind, gentle, interesting people. Both my wife and I are very pleased!

Today, I was told they would no longer see my child. This stems from a complaint I had with the hygienist taking xrays of my child's teeth. She screamed repeatedly into the room for her bite down and hold still. When she came back into the room she said I hope you did that right because I don't want to do it again. Dr. Fox then came in and did his check, and that went fine. I later called and voiced my concern to the secretary and also said we were going to get a 2nd opinion and it's been downhill since then. Who forces a small child out? In the past, I recommended that families go there. I will never recommend them again. Very unprofessional. Today, I was told they would no longer see my child. Worst experience of my life. The only reason he got 1 star is because thats the lowest it can go. This is a barbaric dentist. He pulled 2 of my teeth while they were badly infected and sent me on my way with nothing for pain. Told me i would not experience any pain and to take Tylenol. He was yelling at his staff the entire time and was in such a hurry i still have a root left in. I will never step for near this man again!! Worst experience of my life. My family has used Dr. Fox’s office since moving to the Meadville area 6 years ago. I initially was going to get a pediatric dentist for my kids but Dr. Fox and his staff have been wonderful with my daughter... I haven’t had to look anywhere else for our family’s dental needs. The staff is friendly the office is clean, bright and inviting… it smells like new construction in his office ( I love that smell)… Dr. Fox does good dental work ,besides the normal cleanings, I have had to get fillings and repair a broken tooth over the years … My family is thankful Dr. Fox and his staff.
