Excellent, high quality, gentle professional dental care. Dr. Farley explains every step of his treatment and doesn't let you leave his office until all of your questions are answered. His staff is also amazing.. Kelly, Melissa, Lauren and Misty.. (I hope I didn't forget or misspell anyone). Thank you.

Put in a crown for me in one visit and I got a Valium on site to relax through the process. Would definitely go again for major dental work.

I never liked going to the dentist until experiencing Dr. Farley and his staff. They are just the best start to finish! I always feel warmly welcomed ... my comfort is always a priority when my teeth are being cleaned, and then Dr. Farley gives so generously of his time during a visit. I always leave knowing I have had great care and am in good hands! Can't say enough what a great experience they provide!

I grew up hating to go to the dentist. Dr Farley and his team give pretty much, painless dentistry. My teeth cleaning visits always start right on time and again, the discomfort is minor. As a bonus, Dr Farley and all of his staff are super friendly and they make you feel welcome and at ease.

Kelly is quick to great you when you first enter. Very friendly and great conversation. Very good to work with when scheduling appointments. Misty is very good at cleaning teeth. Friendly and does a great job. Dr. Farley is great. He explains what he is about to do and then during the entire process. His skill set is exceptional. No pain - and that's nice.

Dr. Farley is a true professional. My experience with him and his staff has been consistently excellent. It's a pleasant and friendly atmosphere to which I look forward to going. Of course, this is entirely at odds with the way dental visits are commonly portrayed in the popular mind these days. My regular hygiene visits and periodic issues have always been addressed clearly and in a timely fashion. His delightful sense of humor and easy-going nature are just bonuses. I trust him completely.

I've been a patient now for three years - and I have had a consistently great experience. Dr Farley explains everything, he works quickly and gently and the quality of his work is excellent. His personality eases tension and sets the tone for a great experience in every visit. He has a great office staff as well - flexible and easy to get appointments, and I especially appreciate being able to communicate via email and text.

Dr. Farley's office is so welcoming and makes you feel at home. You do not feel like you are part of daily routine and they are just churning patients through the office. The staff takes time to get to know you and talk to you about anything. They remember your name when you walk in and remember what you all talked about in your previous visits which makes you feel like they truly care about their patients.

Everyone in this practice gives me personalized attention, is friendly and responsive, and has expertise that's relevant to any dental issue I have. I recommend them without reservation.

I have used Dr Farley since I moved to Charlotte in 1991 so do the math!! He is meticulous in his work. My sister is a dental hygienist in Iowa and she has looked at his crowns and her comment, "they are beautiful" says it all. I have referred friends and they love him and the office as well. I have been coming to Dr. Farley since we moved to Charlotte five years ago. The reception is always warm and friendly. Dr. Farley talks through any issues and is very transparent with what needs to happen and his best thinking to address both problems and positives. The staff is helpful and listens to concerns or suggestions openly. Always a great experience.

I have been coming to Dr. Farley for almost 30 years. Dr. Farley and his staff are always kind and helpful in explaining how my teeth are doing and what the best plan of action is...I am never surprised by what is coming because everything is clearly explained... My parents, my husband and our three children all come to Dr. Farley and feel like family.

I moved to Charlotte in 2005 and was quickly in need of a dentist. A co-worker recommended Dr. Farley. I met him shortly thereafter and was blown away by his "bedside manner." He is one of the most courteous, friendly and patient Dentists I've ever been to. Most of the same staff that I've seen since 2005 is still here, which speaks volumes for his professionalism and approach to running his practice. His office is updated and welcoming. You will have a dentist for life once you meet him!

Dr. Farley has been our dentist since my wife & I moved to Charlotte 8 years ago. We have lived in several cities & used different dentists & Dr. Farley is by far "the best". There's a reason Dr. Farley has been my dentist since 1994 - he's a very skilled professional and really cares about his patients! The staff in his office are wonderful, from filing my insurance claims to cleaning my teeth painlessly. Before I found Dr. Farley, I used to dread dental appointments weeks in advance. But Dr. Farley is very gentle and sensitive to folks like me who are jittery about the whole process. I don't feel stressed out - even when there is major work to be done. I've needed several crowns (due to ancient fillings from my childhood) and the results have been super. I recommend him to all my friends because no one should feel nauseous about going to the dentist or dread it so much they cancel their appointments (the way I used to)!
