Dr. Thomas L Erickson

I tried to make an appointment with him directly after being told to by him through my boyfriend and having a referral to do just that, the office receptionist said that she did not care and would only let me see his PA Scott Mc Millan so I am scheduled to see him . First of all that is not who the referral is for. Secondly the shoulder is surgical there are tears in it there have been for more then 6 years not to mention the chronic pain that without pain and a description he has already sof dignosed as Rhamboid tendonitis and wanted to see me himself. I can see thisis going to go well. Since when do the referring Drs and the patients no longer have control especailly upon doing as directed. We will see how this goes this retired nurse is so far not to impressed.

I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants to protect their Social Security Number. This is the first medical place I have been to that would not let you see the Doctor unless you gave them your Social Security Number.

What a joy! had barely completed the forms when I was called in, my knee was evaluated and options suggested - having had knee problems for years I opted to have the joint replaced which will happen in the fall (my choice). 10cc's of fluid were painlessly extracted and a shot of cortizone injected. I am most impressed with the diagnosis skill and treatment, let alone the professional attitude of the whole staff. Can't wait to go back!! THIS IS AN UPDATE Had knee replacement August 26th and after two weeks was getting around pretty good -after 21/2 weeks and two therapy sessions have achieved a zero degree rating for straightness of knee and 118 degrees of bend - I am almost walking without a limp! I saw the x-rays which show a beautiful new knee joint. I could not be more pleased with Doctor Erickson and his team... Have been coming here for 6 years. I have injections done by Scott. Wonderful, careful, knowledgeable , office staff is great also.

Dr Erickson is very personable and knowledgeable. His surgical skills are excellent and his attention to detail unparalleled. Thank you Dr. Erickson for doing such a great job on my hip replacement and matching the lengths so well.

I am having Dr. Erickson replace both of my knees. The practice is very accommodating. I have been having other health problems that I have had to deal with first. The entire staff is very helpful in arranging for equipment I will need after my surgery. You know the finest reference is to talk to people that he works with yet not in his employ. I was in Banner Hospital meeting with a friend and talked to one of the nurses who often time cares for his patient. She told me that Dr. Erickson is the best. She is in her early thirties and told Dr. Erickson that he cannot retire until she may need new knees in future. Now that is a complement. You want the best? Go see Dr. Erickson.

I have been going to see PA Eric Wheeler for over three years now. I have shoulder, knees, & hip problems. These doctors are the best!

Excellent surgeon and explains exactly what has to be done beforehand. Also good follow up. Had a Hip operation; out on the driving range 6 weeks later.

I have had Dr. Erickson/Scott perform shoulder surgery-carpal tunnel surgery-knee maintenance and I would never let anyone else touch me. They are the most professional people I have ever had and I am 65 years old.

Doctor Thomas Erickson worked on my leg in 1998 and he did such a exceptional job . Other doctors has seen my knee though the years and say what a great job this doctor had done for my leg it was really messed up. He is a great doctor.

This firm will tell you your insurance is in network until the bill comes. They told us our Humana insurance was good and after the fact the said they have not accepted that for years and called us liars for telling them the receptionist said is what good. Told us we owed nothing at the time and now a big bill. Bad Business.

Very successful hip replacement in 2012.

I like the respect and human dignity given to patients. In addition I like the knowledge and eddiciency of the perdonnal.

Today, I went to the doctor with my Grandma for a routine check up. There was a woman in front of me who had Parkinson's and stated she could not fill out her paperwork. The lady working the desk was VERY rude and said "Well, your just going to have to reschedule" What makes you think this woman is going to be able to fill out her paperwork at the next appointment? I filled out the poor woman's paper work for her. Every time I go to this office, the woman working the office has an attitude. If you don't want to work, then don't work ! I've gotten a couple of cortisone shots in my thumb there, easy to get appointments and they are very nice and get you in and out quickly.
