A not so funny joke. This doctor does not know how to keep appointments, not even for emergencies. The one star is over rated. This Doctor gets an "F".

this office is a joke. I had an appointment for july 12 then I get a call that the dentist that was going to do my consult wasnt there that week , they didnt know that when they scheduled me? anyway this is an emergency referral . so I reschedule for july 26 I get there at the exact time when I get there the waiting room is the size of a closet and not a walk in closet either . I have to fill in a ten page info packet that they should send in the mail since there is no sitting room to do this. I then sit outside of the office to wait on one of the two couches in the entrance where there are people sitting on the floor. I'm there 35 minutes when they call me back, I go in and they take an xray and i ask how much longer it will be they tell me that it will be another half hour to 45 minutes so I go to reschedule because I din't think it would be that long just for a consult. I go to the desk where I try to get a new appt. and tell the receptionist that they should inform people on the phone that it may take up to 2 hours in their office so I ask to reschedule and she asks what time next week would be good for me I say what time do you have and she says nothing til october what a freaking joke. I took my referral back told her to forget it and left. this office is a joke.
