Dr. Eisenhauer performed laparoscopic gallbladder surgery on my mother, she was sent home and had a bile leakage. Returned to Pardee hospital twice in the following weeks due to this. The last time she was in the hospital for 4 days before passing from “bile leak” as stated on death certificate. Please do not let this man do any procedure on you!

Dr. Eisenhauer accepted as a patient from another hospital that did not have space for us in there surgical department. He explained everything to us in a kind and most efficient manner. Had a great experience. Was caring listened to my problems. Even though he fit me in he didn't rush.

I thought I had a hernia & my primary Doctor agreed that I did. I got an appointment with a general surgeon at Advent Health. He said I did not have a hernia. I called my primary Doctor and told him I wanted another opinion from a surgeon at Pardee Hospital. He arranged it and I went to see Dr Thomas L. Eisenhauer. He said, yes, you do have a hernia and a short while later, he did the surgery. The entire procedure turned out to be a pleasant experience & handled professionally because of Dr Eisenhauer, his staff and the great people at Pardee Hospital. So Professional! Kind, good bedside manners, and all over just a nice guy. He does my colonoscopies, has repaired a hernia, and I believe it was him that did my gall bladder. Never a problem whatsoever. I highly recommend him!

Dr Eisenhauer burned me with the cautery during my surgery. I ended up with an open abdominal wound & 9 months of HELL!!!! I had to wear a wound vacuum & Im permanently scarred for life with a gaping hole in my abdominal area. This doctor then lied in my medical records and avoided his mistake. Shame on him for what he did to me! I went through a Traumatic health event because of this doctor. I wish I had never gone to him and his lack of honesty is the worse part of it all!!! Dr. Eisenhouser was professional, knowledgeable and listened and addressed my issues. His staff was equally impressive. I felt totally at ease at my appointment.

I just had my first pre-op visit with Dr. Eisenhauer. I found the staff very pleasant to deal with, and the Dr. was very nice. He made me feel comfortable. He assured me all would be well. He opted not to do my procedure in the office for my safety. I feel confident that he will handle my procedure in out-patient in a professional manner. He performed a Lobectomy on me. My lung leaked due to poor stapling. I developed subcutaneous emphysema. I was on a ventilator for five days. At one point my heart stopped.

Doc took out my gallbladder - and make only one little incision in belly button. I researched his performance prior to procedure and he has a very, very low surgical complication rate. He is thorough, answered all my questions, and I would highly recommend him.

Doctor Eisenhower did procedure on me and the outcome was great the follow up care was very good.

I have used doctor eisenhauer 2 time and he is awesome. Minimal scaring on the incision site. I would not use another surgeon. Answered all my questions and actually looked at me instead of his computer. Awsom doctor.

I recently had a lobectomy (VATS) surgery and was done with care and expertise. The recovery time was short to my surprise. Dr. Eisenhauer is a positive attitude and very professional surgeon with a great staff!

Dr, Eisenhauer is great!! He is kind, understanding, takes time to explain and listens to all concerns. He has done six surgeries on me and I would not go to any other. My trust is in him and God.

Dr. E. did surgery to do a nerve biopsy around my left ankle and a muscle biopsy in my calf. I have suffered with this surgery for many years now. I developed neuropathy immediately thereafter and my life will never be the same again. I walk with a cane now and cannot stand or walk for any period of time. I would ask that anyone planning on a surgery from this dr. look elsewhere, please!!

The nurse was very nice. She was very concerned very sweet about my case and problem with my foot turning purple. The doctor however did not care about my case from the moment he walked into the room. I told him about my surgeries over the year my osteocarcoma, having a donor bone titanium plates and screws, also a knee replacement. He examined my leg and foot. He said my veins in that keg were smaller so blood flow back to my heart is slow. I need to wear a sleeve. I tried to ask a question he snapped and said if you'd let me finish talking he would answered my question in his diagnosis. He didn't so after I said are you done and asked my question if it would hurt my other issues with my leg. While I was asking the question he was walking to the door and held on the door handle. He was very rude and no manners. He did not care one bit about my case of me. The moment he walked in he wanted to leave. The nurse was very nice. Dr. Eisenhauer is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. He explains everything in understandable language and makes sure you understand everything he said. I will never have any surgery without him. He also has a very competent team working with him, one being Dr. Korgoy. I trust either one without questions. A wonderful staff and assistances also.

In October 2015 my Mother underwent surgery to remove colon cancer at Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville, NC. Not only was I very impressed with Pardee Hospital but I was very impressed with Dr. Eisenhauer. I am no stranger to surgeons or hospitals being from Atlanta, GA (Emory, Piedmont) and having undergone 3 renal transplants and a pancreatic transplant. Dr. Eisenhauer is a kind and patient surgeon with a personable and compassionate bedside manner. One year later, Mom is still cancer free

I think the gold star fairy has been remiss in her awards. My experience was pleasant, if surgery can be, and I have absolutely no regrets regarding his performance. At the very least, he should be rated as highly as his associates.

Very open to talking about fears and delicate issues arising from the surgery I was having, felt entirely comfortable with the procedure as a result, and everything turned out well...
