Thyroid lobectomy 6 months out, incision was perfect. Scar in the fold of my neck barely visible. Indeterminate nodule had to come out and thankfully it was benign. Dr. is congenial and kind. Recommend without caveat.

Best Dr around. Upfront honest man. I can't say enough about him. My kids and I went to him and now my grandkids.

My oldest daughter is a preemie twin. She had to have a few surgeries in order to get her ears (tubes) and tonsils and adenoids settled. Through all of it, Dr Dumas was kind and easy going to an already stressed out Mom and a terrified little girl. Now, 20 years later, I highly recommend him to patients. As does my daughter who is a nurse in the community. Thank you so much Dr Dumas!!

Dr. Dumas has done tubes in 3 of my children’s ears and did a partial thyroidectomy on me. He is amazing. Never do you feel like he isn’t listening. He has amazing bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. I drive way out of the way to use Dr. Dumas. Totally worth it. And his nurses are second to none.

Dr. Dumas is the sole reason I am still alive, 22 years later. He looked beyond the radiologist's CT summary which reported all as unremarkable, checked the scans himself and pinpointed the areas that showed recurrent Medullary Carcinoma. He performed my second modified neck dissection & avoided compromising my vocal nerve, important for a teacher! Dr. Dumas was thorough, personable, skillful and easy to work with. He treated me as an equal partner in my care. I trusted him then and would again should I ever need his expertise in the future.

Dr. Dumas did my thyroidectomy after my diagnosis of Graves’ disease. He is experienced, kind and does not make you feel like just another number in line. I would highly Recommend him, my surgery went very well thanks to his skills, planning and care! I might mention that he did my daughter’s tonsillectomy earlier in his practice and I felt the same way then, he cares for his patients!

Dr Dumas treated me for my thyroid cancer. He was so kind and reassuring. Would recommend him and go back to him if I have any other problems. Glad he was my doctor.

Removed half of my thyroid and large nodule attached that went down into my chest cavity. He promised that the scar would blend in with my wrinkles...lol I’m only 45. But less than 2 years later I have to point out the thin scar to anyone interested. It does blend with my wrinkles. I’ve had follow up appointments and he is very busy but takes the time to make sure all issues are addressed. Would recommend to anyone needing thyroid surgery.

I told Dr Dumas, 18 years ago that my son needed his tonsils out. He talked me out of it. Now once again we're headed to the ER with swollen tonsils.
