EXCELLENT ! Dr. Dugdale scoped my knee Oct. 2020 for a torn meniscus. He is straight to the point, answers all questions, pre-surgery, surgery and post surgery visits were on time, and he took as long as necessary to explain options and alternatives, and answered all my questions and concerns. Back 100% running and cycling again.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dugdale for over 25 years. He is the best doctor I have ever met in my life. He is compassionate, informative and a brilliant doctor. His staff is very helpful and a pleasure to work with for appointments. He will be sorely missed after having provided 40 years of excellent medical advice. As a surgeon, there in no one better. My family and I highly recommend him

Dr Dugdale is a fantastic surgeon he operated on both of my knees and also on my left shoulder and did an Amazing job he explained The operations to me and they went exactly as he explained it to me Dr Dugdale is to the point and doesn't dance around the problems he fixes them just like he said he would

Dr. Dugdale is great! He diagnosed my issue and addressed it without hesitation. He took the time to explained what was wrong and answered my questions. His staff were courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process.

Dr. Dugdale has followed my knee injuries for years. He has always given me great advice, spot on directions and when it came time for surgery I turned to him because I knew I could trust that I would be in great hands. For many years he applied a least invasive approach until that no longer worked. I had an ACL replacement surgery with donor tissue and after only 3 1/2 months of rehabilitating my knee, I feel like I have my life back! I am so grateful for his expert care and guidance!

As with all the doctors in this group, I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Dugdale. He was pleasant, informative and I would recommend him to anyone with a knee problem.

Unfortunately, I felt that Dr. Dugdale had a poor bedside manner, was reluctant to answer my questions, and did not give me any indication of what was ahead. I went to him for a fractured arm and dislocated shoulder. I felt he was abrupt and didn't want to listen to me. He never ordered an MRI. I changed doctors and later found out through an MRI ordered by the new doctor, that I also had a tear in my rotator cuff. I'm glad I changed!

My wife had her ACL replaced by Dr. Dugdale 10+ years ago. Late Nov 2016 I was experiencing pain in my knee (I'm +50). I was able to schedule an apt on Friday for Monday, had an MRI that night and had the results read on Tuesday. Prognosis - no tears. a little fluid on the knee. No surgery, no shot, no draining. I was told to do some stretches and within 2 to 6 weeks I should be fine. Basically - to suck it up. It's now two weeks later and I'm getting better by the day. A negative - I have been on hold for +15 minutes on 20/Dec/2016. It can be busy at the end of the year. Just be patient. Once connected, one of the Assistants' was able to answer my question with ease & good disposition. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dugdale to a family member or friend. Saw Dr. Dugdale for a second opinion on my shoulder. He took the time to listen and explained that he thought it was a rotator cuff tear. I have a feeling he's right, but will see what the MRI shows next week. This is once that I'd like it to wrong. Like he said, Hoping I'd wake up and find that this is a bad dream! I liked that he was very compassionate. I was surprised, but glad to get in to see him immediately. His staff was friendly and helpful.

I have been a runner and athlete since I was a little girl. Did way too many high impact strains on my knee causing a meniscus tear. Dr dugdale is a family friend of mine and did my brothers knee surgery as well. He did an absolutely amazing job. I was back to work In a week and a half and back to running 3 weeks later. I cannot thank him enough!!! Its like I never even injured my knee !
