About Thomas Baker Day
Reviews for Thomas Baker Day
Highly recommend! Dr. Day is the only doctor to help me be acne free and his staff is awesome and very friendly.
I wish I would’ve found Dr.Day sooner! I tried everything from proactive to probiotics and nothing worked. After struggling with acne my whole life , at 33 he was able to clear my skin for good! He was a pleasure to work with and all of the staff is great! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
It seems to be about the money. Dr. Day knows what he's doing but he doesn't listen . He didn't take his time with me then sold me expensive products that made my scalp worse.
The office is old ok fine but at least clean up. be organized and sterilize this place!! A new desk you can buy at Walmart. The older lady at the front is unbelievable rude and unprofessional!! My first time going after hearing so many good things from my family. Well I won't be back!!!! PURE RUDE!!! He didn't listen to a thing I said, didn't want to answer my questions, rushed me, and when I tried tried talj about my other reason for my visit he said I had to make another appointment. insane. so I'll find another good And the reason you can never reach anyone is because the office times are Ludacris. who can keep up with that,no thank you! Doctor is great, office staff not so much. Had me on hold for over 25 minutes they also need to lose the attitude.

been going to Dr. Day since I was a little child 40 years now. Love him & staff like family
Dr. Day is an ok doctor. His staff on the other hand is a different story. His staff is very rude.
My experience with Dr. Day over the years has been a roller coaster ( to say the least.) Many of his staff members are extremely unprofessional. They lack effective communication skills and customer service-- these women are completely RUDE and I have NEVER experienced anything like it in a health care facility. Furthermore, I have been billed for things that Dr. Day has NOT done more than once and when I try to explain to his staff that I'm being billed for a procedure that wasn't completed, they become unbearable to talk to, forgetting that I am the patient. This has gone on for far too long and I will NO longer be seeing this doctor. People think just because they " finally" found an AA dermatologist that it's ok to be treated any kind of way and it's not. I deserve to be treated with fairness, and respect and I expect my doctor to have integrity.
I’m excited! I finally got through to make an appointment with Dr.Day! The receptionist was pleasant and I’m looking forward to my appointment however it’s all the way in March! ????
The doctor knows what he is doing. He says just few words. Nice treatments for my skin and nails. I love him!!! BUT make an appointment is a NIGHTMARE!!

The wait wasn't that bad, but the visit was extremely short (5 minutes) and I was scheduled to have a mole seen as well as some psoriasis symptoms. Dr. Day explained he was semi-retired and wouldn't look at moles and especially not operate on them. He referred me to a plastic surgeon instead. My wife had a similar appointment for moles and he gave her a similar excuse. He also added that he is not confident with moles on white people, as he mostly works with "people of color", as he puts it. It was very frustrating because the appointment was made 2 months prior. great at his craft except it is difficult to get appointments. the business hours are supposedly from 8:30 - 1:00 but he does not work past 11:30..go figure. you call during business hours and still get a recording..
Excellent Doctor, However The Office Staff Is Not So Professional. Trying To Make An Appointment Is Horrible. The Greeting Gives A Time Range To Call To Make An Appointment But When You Call The Phone Just Ring Or Busy Before You know The Time Range Has Expired. I Talked To The Voice Greeting All The Time!!!!
How do you even make, reschedule or cancel an appointment when you can even get through? Someone please tell me. I have been hanging up and calling non stop for more than 45 minutes and the calling time closes in another 45 minutes so I don't expect to get through. WOW, Never seen anything like this. Expect to visit the office to make or cancel an appt because it's extremely difficult to get through...but good Doctor! Good Doctor. Good results.
I love Dr Thomas B Day. He's personable down to earth and knows everything there is to know regarding melanated skin. My daughter has sensitive prone skin and everything he prescribed has worked. I love him, the staff, and the office. Highly recommend his business.
I can NEVER get through On the phone I made an appointment and can't even notify the office to change it.
Dr. Day is great and clearly knows what he's doing. His staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Expect delays whenever you need to call the office ie. long hold times and the phones not being answered despite the recording indicating that they phone lines should be open at that time.
Good doctor, but seems to overbook. Prepare to wait at least an hour or more after appointment time.
Great dooctor when you are able to see him. It is differcult to make a appointment because of the crazy hours and they do not always answer phones
Great at treating my fairly serious acne. They have great products they sell for it. BUT their hours are crazy, I feel like they switch around hours a lot and just generally are not open at convient times for clients. It's hard for me to continue to purchase their products.
Dr. Day is very knowledgeable in disorders of the skin and hair. I became his patient about 5 years ago, the regiment that he suggested worked wonders. My skin is blemish free and rarely breaks out. I recommend him to all that are dealing with hair loss or skin conditions.

Very good doctor and fair. Treats everyone with respect.
I went to Dr. Day as a child when I had eczema. My ma originally took my sister when she was little and he is just as awesome as he was back then. I had to go to him around this time last year and he was still just as sweet and was able to get rid of my eczema just as fast as he did then. I am going to be making an appointment with him soon for my sensitive skin issues and I am sure he will be able to help as he has in the past. He is the best dermatologist in Maryland.
