Dr. Thomas Richard Castiglia

Horrible… The waiting rooms are from 1990, one table literally held together with duct tape. Nurse has a constant attitude, don’t think I have ever seen her smile. Dr. Castiglia rushes through the appointment, doesn’t really seem to care about anything other than getting you out of the office as fast as possible. Don’t know how they get any positive reviews

I’ve not been feeling well. I can’t get a proper diagnosis because of Covid. I took the test this past Friday. Since then I haven’t gotten any better. Since early this morning, I’ve tried reaching the after hours service. First, phone problem with connection. I tried a few times. I was rudely told to stop calling. Really! Is that how a patient is to be treated. Site says you open at 8. I’ve been calling. Tells me your closed. Answering service is no help. I need to be seen by the doctor for a true proper diagnosis. It’s not getting better. So what does a patient do when there’s no response or help from your own provider? Does that mean I have to get worse before I’m seen. Where’s the humanity in that? It doesn’t matter where I’m seen. Covid is all around. So if I come to you, or urgent care or er, there’s always going to be people around. So that tells me that no care is going to be given because of Covid. I’m considering going to a different provider for proper human treatment.

Dr. Castiglia is extremely professional and very thorough. I would high recommend him.

Outstanding medical practice.

Dr. Castiglia is a brilliant diagnostician who dots every i and crosses all t's. He has served our family for twenty years. Every time I read a recommended procedure on the Mayo Clinic website or in the Consumer Reports or Harvard Health newsletters, I feel secure because Dr. Castiglia has already handled those symptoms that way.

Dr. Castiglia is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is my primary care physician and I have seen him for a few years now. There are so many doctors out there that will treat their patients like a number and not a human. This is absolutely not the case with Dr. C. He has great bedside manner, and has offered me very good advice, ESPECIALLY during the hard times that come up in life. He will go above and beyond what I've seen other doctors do to make sure his patients are in good health.

I agree not very caring was bothered by anything you asked had to switch to another doctor always wondered why there weren't any patients in the waiting room staff was nice though.

Dr. Castiglia is uncaring and somewhat rude. He was annoyed when I told him that I had an adverse reaction to an antibiotic he had previously given me. He told me, you're allergic to penicillin and now you're allergic to this antibiotic. What antibiotic am I suppose to give you? I was surprised by his reaction. More importantly I was turned away from his office when I drove there because I was having trouble breathing (asthma from seasonal allergies). They said they had no appointments!

Poor. Felt like I was rushed in and out. Physical exam very quick, incomplete. Performed tests not covered by insurance and did not tell me. Rude when I called to question billing charges.

Extremely rushed despite empty waiting room. Everything is a bit subpar (cover of exam table was held together with duct tape). Had doctor talk over me and barely was able to get a word in. I really have never experienced anything like it in a professional environment.
