Doctor Carlson found my husband's cancer and sent him directly to Mayo Clinic for help. We are grateful for him. He helped many people in our area.

Dr Carlson drops patients like a hot potatoe if he's unable to figure out whats wrong with you. I dealt with Teresah tje office manager who is incredibly rude, almost hateful, VERY dishinest and tild me Dr. Carlson is too busy with patients he can help to follow up with me. This lady not only lies but has no empathy. I have not been able to talk or breathe well for a year and a half. My family doctor entrusted my care to Dr. Carlson who admitted he had no idea how to help me amd stated hed refer me to a neurologist without referal I cant go with my insurance. Ive called 3 times a week for four weeks. Teresah has told me numerous times it would be taken care of. That never happened. Today I called and asked to leave a messahe for Dr. CarlsomCarlson to call me back. In hopes he would hiery this along. I would like my life back amd I want to go back to work. Teresah informed me Dr. Carlson is too busy for me, (although he had no problem taking my money just to tell me he has no idea). Teresah office managet informed me Dr. Carlson doesn't care about patients he cant help to send records and referrals he's "too busy"! Real class act right there. My family doctor entrusted me in this mans care! Whether Teresah is LYING which isnt a far stretch she has lied to me and been incredibly hatefil and rude on two different occasions. I've had to file a complaint with LARA and HIPPA due to Teresah. Whether the doctor condones her behabior or not I will never know she has access to him locked up. VERY sad this doctor may be getting disiplined by LARA because he isn't responsible enough to hire dedicated, honest, empath staff members to manage his office. Of course he may actually be saying these things to her HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS HES NOT ABLE TO HELP his schedule is too full he sees patients all day her exact words!!! How about Dr. Carlson... you do the job the state entrusted you to license you you for and follow through with your patients so they can HEAL. After all tjats why most of us see a specialist, to get better and heal not to be told the doctor doesnt care to follow through with his patients. I hope LARA and HIPPA come down on these two sonothers dont have the same experience. I'm sorry, I was sent to this doctor to restore my voice and breathing and Tereah the OFFICE MANAGET seems to think sick patiemts are a joke and that they ate too busy to care to follow through. Shame on this office manager and this doctor!!! If anyone wants to hear my full medical experience testimony with this office please contact me. I will be happy to share my experience. So I'm guessing that is honestly how he feels about patients or he'd have remedied the situation! BE CAREFUL before entrusting this office with your precious life and medical care as Tersah stated to me Dr. Carlson nor her care about patients! I've been with Dr Carlson for years and he has been nothing but good to me. He discovered I had Meneiers (sp) disease. I was referred to a surgeon in Wisconsin who confirmed this and he did the surgery. I have been doing well and would never want to go through that kind of hell again. I had an appointment with Dr Carlson yesterday for allergies and he discussed my problem with me. If I notice/have problems with anything to call him Immediately. I did find out a year ago, that when you call for Dr Carlson, ask for HIS nurse or secretary, not to go through that front office. I wonder why they have those women working there. ???? Dr. Carlson was the only Dr. That figured out what was wrong with my husband. He was very sick for over two months. We are so greatful to him and his knowledge!
