It was a pleasure meeting Dr Burke, extremely personable, engaging, direct and efficient in his diagnosis. He was able to quickly explain the condition of my shoulder issues and ended up giving me a cortisone shot and then we’ll revisit if necessary.

Dr. Burke has a wonderful bedside manner and is obviously incredibly knowledgeable.

I suffered a knee injury skiing and grateful to have found Dr. Burke. He is easy to talk to and made me feel like his only client. His support staff were also first class.

Dr Burke is a highly skilled and professional surgeon. He also is empathetic and conservative in his approach. Dr Burke listened carefully, reviewed my X-rays/MRI, and educated me regarding prognosis and next steps. Dr Burke has cared for others in my family so I sought his advice. I was grateful for his thoughtful and honest opinion. Further, he referred physicians who could help as this was not his specialty. Given our trust in his care, this was very reassuring that there would be physicians he would recommend.

I received the best care from Dr. Burke for my shoulder pain. He is an expert in this field and I feel so fortunate to have found such a great orthopedic doctor for this specific issue. He’s also easy to talk to and has a gentle way about him and instantly I was comfortable in speaking with him. I will continue to see him for this problem and the treatment plan has worked wonders. I broke my upper left arm in January and although that has been a very painful experience I could not have gotten a better doctor. Dr Burke gives his full attention to the patient, is conservative in his approach- I am so grateful he did not do surgery - answered all my questions while I was with him and then promptly on the portal when I had others. He also has a sense of humor which helps a lot when a person is in pain. I cannot recommend him highly enough

Excellent attention

Dr Burke is an excellent physician. I cannot stress this enough. He has a wonderful bedside manner and clearly cares about his patients. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced. Although there are several orthopedic physicians in my geographic area I chose to travel an hour to see him.

I was pleased with the evaluation by Dr. Burke on Friday because he said, according to the X-ray, that I was healing. That made me happy.

Dr Burke and his staff are kind, efficient, and have taken wonderful care of me and my knee over the past seven years I have been a patient of his. He is knowledgeable, provides thorough and clear explanations, and has a professional but personable demeanor. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Burke and his whole team (surgical and front desk coordinators, nurses, anesthetists, etc) were exactly what you’d hoped for under the circumstances: patient, kind, and knowledgeable, all delivered with just the right amount of humor to keep the nerves calm. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Burke is a very professional and pleasant medical professional. He has excellent knowledge and truly shows interest in his patients. He continuously took the time to answer any and all questions that I had and I was never made to feel hurried in any conversations with him.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Burke. From my first office visit through my post operation follow up he's been empathetic, genuine and professional. While I hope I don't have to visit him again I know I'd be in good hands. If you are in need of an orthopedic opinion I recommend seeing Dr. Burke.

While Dr. Burke seems knowledgeable, him and his staff are out to make money, be generally late to appointments and surgeries, and have no real personal connection. I went in for my third knee surgery (the other two with a very wonderful surgeon) and I was extremely concerned and nervous since I was seeing someone completely new. He came into the appointment after I had sat in the exam room for 40 minutes. We decided that we would do the surgery, and when I went in, he was extremely late, (2 hours), and staff did nothing to assist with my headache or growing nerves over the surgery. During my post op appointment (which is included in the cost of the surgery) we spoke about some general soreness I was experiencing, and he altered my physical therapy to help. Months after this I was sent a bill, and the staff told me because he 'diagnosed a new problem' that I had to pay for that. When I asked what the post op visit's purpose would be besides ensuring that physical therapy is on track, and the the surgery was a success, they told me there was nothing that could be done, and 'this happens all the time'. She told me that I could write a letter to dispute the charge, and when I informed her I would never return to their facility because of this, she did not respond. I would not suggest for anyone to go here unless you would like to be nickel and dimed, and generally not cared about. Dr. Burke did meniscus clean up on my knee and it went very smooth. I picked him because he was young and understood my active lifestyle and he worked to allow me to continue that considering my age (58).
