Avoid this practice like the plague. Dr. Brandeisky has no bedside manner at all. I went in for a broken nose expecting a rhinoplasty consult. He told me "I don't do that." His website states that he specializes in rhinoplasty. Additionally, he said he could do the septoplasty that I require, but not the rhinoplasty. The medical assistant Jen was taking my history, and continuously interrupted me to ask questions, that would have been answered if she just let me finish speaking. Mid visit, Dr. Brandeisky got a phone call, and abruptly said "I have to take this" and just walked out of the room ending our visit. No "call me with any questions", or "do you need any further information before I go?" Nope, just walked right out of the room. Keep in mind this was after waiting in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time. I would never return to this practice. Then Jen had the audacity to say, call us when you want to schedule the septoplasty. Yea ok.

First visit today. Everything went smooth and quickly. Dr. Listened to my concerns and addressed them.

Dr Brandeisky did not even introduce himself even though I was a new patient there for sinus congestion and a sore throat. He rarely let me finish a sentence and was incredibly rude and dismissive. He was very rushed, and I actually had to stop him as he rushed out the door to ask him what I should do regarding my symptoms. His answer- take Allieve. He did order a cat scan, and told me to see a neurologist for pain above my eyebrows but never even touched my face to see where the pain was. A total waste of time. Rudest doctor I have ever met!

Dr. Brandeisky is awesome. He is patient, professional, and has a real calming effect. I felt very relaxed and confident that he would solve my problem - and he DID!! I feel great and I’m very grateful to him and his staff. Would recommend him highly.

Dr. Brandeisky and his staff were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and sweet and made my procedure quick and painless! I had to get something cutout of my leg and was pretty nervous as I don't like procedures, and I did not feel a thing. His staff came in the room first and not only asked the necessary questions but held conversation with me to ease my nerves. I will definitely be back!!

I saw Dr Brandeisky when I was admitted to the hospital for Vertigo. I was scared because this was my first experience with vertigo. He was very kind, understanding and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend him.

My experiences with Dr. Brandeisky's facilities were terrible. The office staff was rude and got my information wrong. I waited over an hour for the doctor who didn't listen, performed tests that were not not needed and then pushed me out the door more worried than ever about my medical condition. I would not recommend this office.

I was talked down to, had additional tests run that he already had the results to, and he would not explain why he was testing or what he was finding. He is probably much better in surgery but I'm not willing to spend my money with someone to treat me badly.
