Dr. Bramhall and his staff demonstrate excellent care! They are very kind and contentious. They have gone the extra mile for me more than once. I recommend them 10/10.

He performed my partial thyroidectomy back in 2007 and did an excellent job. I never had any complications. Was up and moving around the next day and didn't need pain medication. Today, my scar is barely visible, as he made the smallest opening possible.

I've seen him since 2015. He is thorough for all the procedures. He knows my conditions and gives the right decision. My condition gets better and thankful to get to know Dr. Bramhall.

I regret going to Dr Bramhall. It was a terrible experience and waste of my time. He did not attempt to find a solution for any of my issues. He then decided to pick a few pieces of wax out of my healthy ear, and take some of the puss out of my infected ear - but didn't finish the job, so my ear was still full and my hearing was still muffled because of it. I was then charged $130 for this service which I did not ask for, and he did not thoroughly complete. I was given zero resolution or advice for my issues. And when I asked him to sign my FMLA paperwork, he sighed heavily and told me he didn't want to do that that day, but he'd do it when I came back next time. He then scheduled me for a hearing test - which is NOT something I have an issue with. I think he was just trying to get another visit out of me, even though he wasn't interested in trying to resolve my actual problems at all. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I will never go back again.

Coming here was pretty pointless. He didn't seem to care about my issue. He claimed he didn't know what the issue was.. He didn't write me a prescription for my respiratory infection. He basically stuck a Nasal catheter up my nose without making sure I was properly numbed first. I left in pain with no resolution to my issue..

Dr. Bramhall performed a tonsillectomy on me after I got strep throat 7 times in one year. The procedure was quick and easy, recovery was tougher for that kind of procedure, but it's been 8 years and I haven't had strep throat since. Best investment and a really great surgeon.

Absolutely the best!!! He has a HUGE heart for his patients. I have never in my life seen a human being care so much for his patients and his procedures. I got surgery today to get my tonsils out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor, staff, and environment. From the beginning to the end, I was cared for, and felt very loved. I was referred to Dr. Bramhall by my primary care physician for treatment of a severe ear infection that had not responded to two courses of antibiotics. Dr. Bramhall immediately identified the problem as a fungal infection, treated and cleaned both ears . Very professional. Dr. Bramhall correctly diagnosed the cause of an ear infection that my primary care physician had mis-diagnosed. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. Both original and followup visits were as scheduled, with essentially no wait time.

I got the allergies so bad ever in 2 months until it’s effective my nose, throat, headache… I went to see him, he treated me so well. Even told me, wait him to tell me get Nasal spray in Costco Wholesale if I had membership would be cheaper a lot than other Pharmacies. He is friendly, speaks very clearly how the symptoms and explain how to cure. He even give some options in advance If I didn’t feel better from the 1st description ( I need to call the nurse ). He accepted self-pay. He is warm welcome and devotion, thank you for your care, Doctor Bramhall.

Went here about a year ago for my 9 year old daughter. My daughter was scared and he said she was “immature” right in front of her to me bc she wasn’t saying anything to him, she is a 9 year old and he wasn’t being very friendly at all. He rambled on about Jesus and was incredibly unprofessional, at one point he started doing pull ups on the door frame. This dude seems mentally ill or on drugs. He has a serious case of word salad and reminds me of someone suffering from schizophrenia. Would not recommend this office, especially for a child. I definitely give Dr. Bramhall five stars. He was very friendly very professional and he listen to everything I was saying. I was very worried and scared about my ear problem, and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff was great and professional. Dr. Bramhall has treated all 5 members of our family. He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and gives great advice! He even removed a soybean that my two year old had pushed (deeply) into his ear, with not a single tear from child or Dr.! Nothing short of a miracle!

Went in for ringing in my ears and was told "everyone has ringing in their ears". He charged $385 for a hearing test, $375 for earwax removal, and another $300 just for the 3 minute office visit! BEWARE - the bill comes in the mail, he doesn't tell you the fees in office. If you want to be extremely over charged for nothing, this is your doctor. I DO NOT recommened.

AMAZING experience. I visited this provider due to a broken nose. Doctor explained every step to me and made me feel at ease. BEST EXPERIENCE. Staff was excellent.

It was a horrible visit. He was unprofessional, rambled on and on, rude, used many analogies that had nothing to do with my health, condescending, odd and taunting. I would not recommend him at all. He should be ashamed of his behavior. Do not go to him!

Didn't even get to go. I called to set an appointment for Meniere's Disease testing. The receptionist, Laura, asked for my insurance provider. My husband heard great things about this practice, but was SO disappointed in the surgeon. The surgeon had horrible bedside manner. My husband and I both deal with mental health issues, and the doctor gave him a big schpiel about how "following Jesus" and a "change of mindset" would cure our mental health problems. That is not based in science and I am appaled that a medical professional would say something like this. It also had NOTHING to do with the reason my husband was even there. Plus, when he finally did get around to addressing the medical issue, he gave my husband undsound/unsafe medical advice (my husband is a medical practitioner as well and knows better). Not very thrilled with the med advice I got for one. Even more unhappy with the fact that they refused to give me a price estimate before I came in. Both my husband and my daughter had surgical procedures with this office. I cannot say enough great things about our experiences. My husband’s procedure was particularly precarious, and another surgeon who observed characterized his skill as brilliant.

Like the other guy said ! RUN AWAY! Worse doc I’ve ever been to he has no idea what he is doing ! He can’t be a real doc ! CRAZY PERSON !

He’s rather kooky.... but most importantly he is outrageously expensive!! It’s ridiculous.

He is our new favorite doctor! His bedside manner with our 83 year old mom was exceptional! Caring, understanding, attentive, explained surgery in detail! I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT! He is the best!

Went in for an ear problem waited forever to be seen and then got a thirty minute chat about the anatomy of the ear, then only to be told he really couldn’t diagnose anything and if it was what he thought it was I just had to live with it. All he did was basically say yep you might have an ear problem which I already knew

Staff needs to work on their bedside manner. They all seem angry about something. The doc is very strange, tried to give me this long dissertation about how the ear and it's inner workings function, then made me physically sick with his stupid vertigo test. Didn't seem to know anything about MS, or the meds I take, and just seemed to mumble a lot about how he didn't really know this or didn't know that...never got an answer, he offered no solutions, told me that I would just have to learn how to live with it. I went to see him as I couldn't breathe through my nose very well. All he did was show me my test results and say nothing is wrong, and treated me with very little respect. I kept asking him "why is it so hard to breathe through my nose then?", in which he never answers, repeats that there is nothing wrong, and will not listen to my symptoms. Bramhall went to a first conclusion and stuck with it, and acted like the fact I couldn't breathe was no big deal and I should just live with it. He gave me no information why I can't breathe, did not answer any of my questions, and preformed an endoscopy (without my permission or even warning me that it will cost more). End the end I got stuck with a bill that is way to expensive for someone to say "Nothing wrong, you can't breathe, have fun." I went to a different ENT (that happened to be next door to Branhall's office), and that doctor knew immediately what was wrong and told me my options, because he actually listened to me and considered all options. We have worked with Dr. Bramhall before and was wonderful with our young son. I was excited to use him again for my oldest. Sadly that won’t happen. Their is NO CONSIDERATION for his patients appointment our their schedules. I had an appointment for 3:45pm. Asked if the doctor was running late. The answer was yes. When asked how much longer, was told she wasn’t allowed to say. So after getting frustrated, she implied it would be quite sometime, I said like an hour she shrugged. Very disappointed!!! Dr Bramhall treated me for tonsillitis & helped me & my mom understand & explained in detail. He was also very patient.

Dr Bramhall has seen myself, my fiance, & both my girls. He gives honest advice/care & I admire that about him. He is great with my girls... He explains in detail & goes out of his way to make the kiddos as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful visit. Friendly and informative. Dr Bramhall was very attentive and thorough.

Dr. Bramhall was very thorough in diagnosing my illness. He referred me to a surgeon ENT who confirmed diagnoses. He listened to me and showed me the area of my throat on the screen that needed repairing.

Honest conservative care for my family! He goes into great detail so when we leave we know what's going on.

Over priced. Dr Bramhall is easily stumped as a doctor. I don't recommend him at all. Sorry, but he's a quack.

You won't even get a smile from the receptionists when you walk in. Very cold demeanor/atmosphere - very business oriented. Had a septoplasty performed by Dr. Bramhall but two years later there is no improvement. Extremely disappointing given the pain the surgery caused. They also deliberately scheduled my follow-up outside the insurance coverage window and expected me to pay (for him to spend 5 mins checking his own work). Very shady. Wonderful experience! Scheduling was a breeze, Dr. Bramhall and his assistant are fantastic and he took lots of time explaining the diagnosis.

Dr. Bramhall has helped me since I was a kid, highly recommend him! He is honest with you, yet still respectful and willing to help in anyway he can.

Great doctor. Very friendly staff. He took time to listen to me. He did a thorough examination and a detailed ultrasound study of my thyroid. Highly recommend Dr. Bramhall.

Very thorough patient interaction with Dr. Bramhall. He covered several available solutions. I appreciated his honesty re: each option and then he made some very sensible recomendations. He has excellent bedside manner and really seemed to care.

Dr. Bramhall and his staff were the best. I was in pain and they were gentle caring and helped me find answers. He was knowledgable and friendly and most importantly pointed to a me solution to my issue. I will return him if I have any future ENT related issues.

Dr Bramhall helped the pain and noise in my ear. I had been in pain for 2 weeks and he solved the problem. His bedside manner was great and his nurse was a great help. There are no words to express how greatful I am.

Horrible....office staff and medical staff are cold and unfriendly, the doctor is strange and awkward. Gave me no answers; the first thing he said when he walked into the room was "I really don't know..." Then said, at the end, that I'd just have to "learn how to live with it." His last words, as he walked out of the room, were "It's the first day of the rest of your life!!" What a freaking weirdo...absolutely useless and needs to retire.

Dr. Bramhall was very helpful with my daughter's tonsillitis issues. She eventually needed to have them removed and the surgery went perfectly and she was recovered in time to enjoy Christmas. Highly recommend!

Extremely uncaring office staff. Never received as much as a smile or proper greeting in several visits. It's all business. Insurance. Money. Insurance. Money. Etc. Had surgery 2 years ago. Problem not fixed. Not acceptable.

They require you to sign away all your privacy rights or they won't see you. I definitely will not be going back to this office.

He wad the only one to fix my problem after months of no hearing in my right ear

He is an excellent Dr. and has such a friendly demeanor and staff!

Dr. Bramhall and Dr. Evans both saw my one of my kids for different things and along with that my son has developmental delays. We saw Dr. Evans regarding a possible hearing/auditory processing issue (also communication) He took the time to explain any questions/concerns we had and was very pleasant. Dr. Bramhall had to try and cauterize my son's nose after numerous nosebleeds one weekend. I was very nervous about this because my son delays and sensory issues, but he responded well to the doctor and while we did papoose him it actually helped and Dr. Bramhall was able to do what he needed to do. Since then he has only had one minor nose bleed which I was told is normal and might occur. It was nice to have caring doctors, assistants and staff. I would recommend these 2 to anyone. Run away...do no go here!!!!!! He does not know what he is doing. Zero stars and cannot recommend. Awful experience for unreasonable price. Most incompetent medical person I've ever seen. Does not follow up/read scans, etc., even though they are hand carried to his office and two appts. later has not looked at results. Thank goodness I saw a reputable physician in Dallas who immediately reviewed, diagnosed and explained everything--amazingly at even a lower cost.

This great Doctor tells you like it is and has a great attitude. He is a doctor that will tell you exactly what's wrong and how he's going to help you.

I was dealing with excruciating pain from an ear infection. My general dr left a meassage for Dr. Bramhall to see if I could get in to see him - this was at 3:45 on a Friday. My dr told me his office was closed & with it being Friday I probably wouldn't get in to see him. 1 hr later I got a message to call Dr Bramhall & he arranged for me to meet him later that evening at his office. At 6:30 that Friday night Dr Bramhall met me at his office to help with my painful ear infection.

This office is an old school & outdated with their tools & technology, when I got there the doctor did not do any thing as I expected him to do at least to check and find the problem, the doctor after he just looked in my ear for one mnt he spend over 10 mnts just writing on his computer what I told him, he discharged me & I end leaving without any treatment nor even advise what to do. Dr Bramhall did my neck surgery and all went well. My complaint is i am trying to get a new life insurance policy and all of my doctors released my records without any issues and I get a call from the doctors office telling me it's a $25 fee for them to mail MY records to Mass Mutual. I paid my deductible to Dr Bramhall and my insurance paid him (WELL) and for them to charge me for MY records is absurd. They said I could come get them for free but this is not convenient for me and for them to hold my records hostage is ridiculous. I will be looking for a new doctor and I will post my review on every social media site that I can. As an IT person - I will make sure this is know. YES - I'm pissed. Good experience with doctor and visit however exorbitant billing, ask me to come back for what appeared to be an included follow up to the initial expensive visit only to find they tacked on another very expensive bill for little effort. Their justification the person performing the follow up has a Masters degree (I guess I am helping to pay for it) They were not very upfront about this being another expensive visit, if I had known I would have passed. Dr. Bramhall was very friendly and efficient. We needed tubes put in my daughters ear before we headed on vacation the next week, and he worked with our schedule to make it happen. He was great with my daughter, and I highly recommend him!

Charged me for a follow up visit after telling me if I didn't heal after a couple of weeks he'd take a look at me. When I asked him about why I was charged, he said he doesn't like conflict. Then he told me if I was unhappy I should express my concerns. He's a nice man and did a good job on the procedure I needed. Just needs to be as concerned with his patients' finances as he is with his own.

He does not listen to patients. He does not address concerns, his surgical skills are even worse and when confronted with his incompetence he calmly smiles and simply says you are fine...everything is fine. A man who claims to be a doctor and smiles as his patients suffer is like those who mutilate animals for fun and should be banned from practicing medicine and arrested as a violent and insane criminal and then told: You're fine, everything's fine.

The visit wasn't bad and the office personnel were nice. what got me was the bill that came later. I had my nose cauterized, because of nose bleeds. I have to have it done every few years. I have Blue cross blue shield insurance and in the past there hasn't been any extra charges. The doctor did one side and said I should come back to do the other side. Before my next appointment, I received a bill, and I was appalled! This is legal theft. No wonder the medical insurance and system is in such a mess. The bill for the office visit was $375, and then the procedure was another $1,475.00 on top, for a 30 min. procedure. I could not believe it. I decided to cancel my second appointment for the other side, and checked around for prices from other doctors. i found another office the the total was less than the office visit here.
