Would give him negative stars if possible. Worst bedside manner and doesn’t care about his patients. Fire him. Fire him. Fire him. Everyone who knows Booker, knows he’s THE WORST!

Had a procedure done, didn’t work, but he insisted it did! Too bad he can’t feel my pain!

Worst Dr. Around. Please let's report all his rotten behavior and wrong diagnosis etc... To ny state medical board

Very poor bedside manner, rude indeed. In the almost 3 years that I been going to him, with no relieve, rushes through an office visit that barely last a minute, Don’t take time to sit with you and care to find relieve or the correct. Plan of treatment for you as your Doctor should. He makes you feel like your pain is a figment of your imagination. He is indeed very condescending, like he knows best and I don’t like what I am feeling is not true. Crystal run Healthcare needs to evaluate having him in that clinic. Terrible doctor. Doesn't listen. Not a bit interested in what I had to say. Have seen him 3 times in the past 4 months or so; he can't figure out what to do about the pain in my tailbone area. 3rd visit on July 29 was the final straw. I asked him to explain the recent MRI that he ordered for me; he looked it over as if it were the first time he read it---not explaining what any of it meant, only saying "it doesn't say anything significant." Without having any solutions for me, he left the room. The nurse returned with the check out paperwork and told me that she called in a muscle relaxer for me. We never talked about a muscle relaxer during this visit! If we had, I would have reminded him that he prescribed one for me during the 1st visit, and since it didn't help with the pain, I stopped taking it. When I went to pick up this "new" prescription at the pharmacy thinking that maybe he had another muscle relaxer in mind that might work, imagine my surprise when I discovered it was the same muscle relaxer that he prescribed during the first visit which didn't work (which we discussed during my 2nd visit)! Did he not read my chart or his notes? He always has one foot out the door-I wasted 4 months of my time going to him and I'm still in pain. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Terrible doctor. He is an amazing Dr who actually listens to you.. I trust him with my life.. he is very thorough and does his best to help with your pain.. I would definitely recommend him

No bed side manner. Rude. Find someone else of you want real help..!

He is condescending, unprofessional, belittles your symptoms. Told me I couldn’t possibly be in the pain I am in. He did multiple procedure which didn’t not work. Instead he numbed my butt cheek. Dr booker is the worst !! He has no bed side manner !The Worst !! He has given me an attitude from my first visit! He made me feel trapped and insisted that I couldn’t go see another doctor ! He has done nothing to help me or work with me! He talked over me every time I would go to speak , he is self serving and condescending !! Every time I would have to go see him I was terrified and stressed , scared to tears of exactly what he had done to me today!! I knew if he took this one medication from me , I would never be able to care for myself ever again , I am totally going to have to rely on others to help me with simple things anyone else would do without thinking about it , I am confined to a chair!!! Totally riddled with pain , in tears !! with no quality of life ! He didn’t care about me or to listen I feel like he was on an self serving agenda to remove my medication from me no matter what !every time I walked into his office weather i was feeling good or not , it didn’t matter , the first words out if his mouth was to remove. Much needed medication , It didn’t matter that I have several documented issues going on! Dr. Booker and his team of professionals bent over backwards to get me an appointment the very next day and gave me the medical care I needed when I was out of work for an SI Joint injury, bravo to these ladies and gentlemen! Thank you so much for what you do, keep it up!

He is a wonderful top best doctor out there he knows what he's doing and he's very good at it and that's why I go to see him he's a very nice person who cares about me and his patients who is having surgery done and I trust in him because he does a very good job and that's why I go to see him he's a very nice person who cares about me from Rachel Grant

I am trying to find a specialist to treat me. I have Spinal Stenosis. As I read the various reviews from previous patients and do not find one positive. I have to continue searching for a Dr. to help ease my pain. It is sad to not have a list of Drs. with positive remarks. Can anyone recommend a good,helpful,caring Dr. for back,neck pain 247! He seemed not to care at all about helping my wife as she is in a lot of pain. Waited several weeks for an appointment only to be told "I cannot take any new patients on at this time, but I can give you ONE shot that will help you". Translated: "I'm not at all interested in helping you but I'll take that insurance money for the shot so this visit isn't a waste of time for ME" !! Horrible and sarcastic "bedside manner" as well.

Worse doctor ever. Does not care about his patients or their concerns. Does not call back and just prescribed medication that does not help.

Dr. Booker has no interest in helping his patients. He has been yo-yoing my meds for a year and a half. I found a med that helps with my chronic neck/shoulder pain and he stopped it because "he cant keep me on it forever". Shame on him. And his nurses don't call back for 2, 3 or even 4 days.

Horrible like most of Crystal Run. Gave me 2 meds that knocked me out for a day like I was super drugged. No warnings. No caution. Nothing. When I called to speak to him they would not allow me to. An idiot nurse told me to take them an hour apart. Yeah...after I had a severe reaction. No thanks. Last time I went there. They do not care about us. We are nothing but $$$$$ to them.

Very clear he could care less about his patients. I get the feeling if I had better insurance it would be a total different experience .

Horrible doctor... he doesn't listen, he's arrogant. I was so disappointed in him as a doctor !

Dr. Booker treated me for over 18 months. He rarely spent more than 5 minutes in the exam room with me and this was often waiting more that 90 minutes in the waiting room. It seemed that he was not really interested in treating my pain, he just wanted to see as many patients as possible. I found him to be rude and condescending when I would ask a question. I would not recommend Dr. Booker to anyone.

Really liked him as a person, I know some people say he doesn't have a good bedside manner but I always found him to be pleasant. He did two ablations, one worked beautifully and another caused even more pain, now running down my left leg. Last Friday, i called pleading for something for the pain and was told he was doing procedures and there was nothing they could do for me. VERY rude. And so now I am waiting on a new MRI and trying to find a new doctor. I don't feel they care at all.

rude, unhelpful, disrespectful - is only looking to do back injections to make as much money off insurance company as he can - does not care about patient or patient's pain management care in the least. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

He minimized my pain. He was intimidating and standoffish. I feel he did not properly medicate me for my pain.

Treated by Dr. Booker for hip and leg pain for three years. Two nerve ablation procedures. Neither where effective. The anesthesia team screwed up the second procedure and all meds were stuck in my hand. Procedure was done basically without anesthesia, even though I complained of being able to feel everything. Office and Dr. are horrendous, made me feel like a drug addict. The nurses are rude, confrontational and worst of all, lack all compassion. And this is tolerated by Dr. Booker.inept Doctor
