Dr Beck and his support staff were excellent providing care for two hip replacements along with a broken ankle. My recoveries were great and they were quick to respond to any question I had along the way.

Dr Beck was condescending and rude when asked questions about after care after care in regards to a surgery. His tone indicated that he felt he was better than then me and that he didn't have time for me and didn't appreciate me asking questions.

Overall provider rating Last year, 2021, Dr. Beck replaced my right hip. I healed without incident. This year, 2022, I needed my left knee replaced. There was no question in my mind that Dr. Beck would perform the procedure. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has a wonderful "bedside" manner. My left knee was replaced February, 2022. I feel great! 5 stars Dr. Beck!!!

Dr. Beck performed an unexpected hip replacement after I fell at home. He came quickly to the ER and instantly put me at ease with honest, frank answers to all my questions. My first follow-up reinforced my esteem for this doctor. If you ever are in need of joint surgery, I recommend Dr. Beck without reservation.

My experience with Dr. Beck was less than desirable. His staff at the front desk are not friendly and can be rude when talking with patients. Dr. Beck's bedside manner is gruff and he does not answer your questions. He corrected (by surgery) a fracture of my left radial bone leaving a large bump on the side of my wrist. When asked about it his reply, "something you are going to have to live with." Now, a year later I find out the bump is because by bone is pushed back which has caused moderate to severe nerve damage. Now, I need surgery to correct the bone and the nerves. The surgery involves rebreaking the bone and a bone graft from my hip to fix the damage that has been done. Realize people make mistakes but I wish he had been honest with me. I would not recommend Dr. Beck or his staff.

I'm so pleased with the results of my total knee replacement. Dr Beck came highly recommended to me as an excellent surgeon. I'm enjoying my walks and riding my bike once again. Thank you Dr Beck!

I trecently had knee replacement with Dr Beck. The pre op instructions were complete . I knew from the start what my expectations and involvement would be. Day of surgery was carried out by a wonderful staff of professionals. I am healing well and would recommend Dr Beck to anyone needing knee replacement.

Outstanding doctor and staff. The best of care. Surgery went perfect and recovery has gone very quickly. Two weeks after surgery I had 120 degrees of flex and within 2 degrees of extension. Three weeks after surgery I had 130 degrees and leg was perfectly straight .I do have some swelling which is normal.

Dr. Beck replaced my hip and I found him and his staff to be though and courteous. The surgery and his follow up were first class. I would certainly recommend his practice to anyone.

I had my knee replaced by Dr. Thomas Beck, and my experience was unbelievable. He guided me at the beginning and thru the end every step of the way. I am amazed at the success of the procedure. I recommend Dr. Beck 100 %.

Dr Beck was very rude on the third visit .Perhaps he was having a bad day. Not a professional approach. Seemed I was inconveniencing him by sitting in a a chair when he entered the room.

Dr. Beck and his entire staff are very helpful and take the time to listen to you. The office is very nice and the wait time is minimal. If the need ever arises, I won't hesitate to use this practice again.

Great surgery and recovering well.

I was supposed to have a mri but someone in his office never did a follow up with insurance. They never called me back and several times just picked up the phone and hung up when I tried calling. I know nothing about the Doctor but would not recommend his staff. I will try else where.

I highly recommend Dr Beck. I had a hip replacement in February 2017. I fell and broke my hip in March 2020. He has always been very professional and passionate with every appointment I had with him. I would recommend him to anyone. I give him a 5 star rating.

Excellent doctor! Wonderful office.

I would like to thank, and highly recommend, Dr. Thomas Beck of Atlantic Orthopedics, for the recent revision surgery he performed on my knee. Unfortunately, my previous local surgeon said I would have to go "across the bridge" to have this somewhat complicated surgery performed, but, thank God, I was referred to Dr. Beck by some of his patients, and only had to go 20 miles down the road. The surgery was performed one morning, and I was discharged the following day, with physical therapy thereafter, and have had a complete recovery. Thanks again to Dr. Beck for his skill and expertise. He is amazing!

I am very dissatisfied with the care I have received from Dr. Beck. After surgery at the radius in my wrist and follow up appointment, I have been experiencing pain and swelling in my elbow. This was present at my initial appointment, along with a very large dark bruise. It was xrayed today and I am being sent for a CAT Scan. This was overlooked by the ER and Dr. Beck. Initially. Dr. Beck spent a total of five minutes with me at my first appointment, never undressing my arm to fully evaluate it. If he had, he would have possibly noticed the trauma to my elbow. Once again today, I was given a total of 5 minutes with Dr. Beck for him to place a soft cast on my wrist and Velcro it closed, never giving me any instructions except to see him in 3 weeks. I didn't really know the meaning of the term, "bed side manner " until today , but I believe Dr. Beck has a very poor " bed side manner" . Dr. Beck's innovation, talent, skills and smarts his dedication in his field has healed me by using birmingham hip resurfacing for both my hips I now have a fuller life and the ability to enjoy my life.

Dr Beck was amazing.. I was on vacation with my family and hurt my hand. Dr. Beck along with his staff were very helpful, understanding, and saw me in his office right away. Thank you to Dr. Beck and his staff for seeing me and treating me in a professional and timely matter. Your knowledge and professionalism is excellent!!

He does not care about his patients at all! He basically does not know what to do with you and has no compassion!

I had been doing my home work for finding the right replacement for my life style. I thought the Vision Air technique and Journey knee was right for me. When I shopped for doctors that did this procedure Dr. Becks name came up. I made an appointment and I'm thankful I did. We talked about my active life style and what I wanted out of a knee. He said I made the right choice and now wouldn't trade doctors if they offered to pay me. I've recommended him to all my Pickleball friends.
