Dr. Abruzzi's office is a bit like stepping back in time (in only the best way.) Back to when your doctor knew your name and treated you with respect and genuine caring. He does a comprehensive and thorough eye exam, taking all the time needed. He gladly and clearly answers every question. Rude front desk. Does not listen or try to help patients or show any sort of understanding as to what the patient is in need of. Which is basically, how most people in this area are. ??
