Dr. Thien Nguyen

I would strongly encourage ANYONE considering this place to look elsewhere. This guy was truly disrespectful towards my wife and borderline lawsuit in the way he practices. I reported him and when I confronted him about the unnecessary comments he made, he truly identified his colors. He is very mouthy and is no stranger to curse words. As far as his practice, my wife was in excruciating pain after a wreck and ultimately made things worse for her. Billing and patient charts are highly confidential and when requested he will not release information to the patient. OSHA requires this information to be presented upon request, but he will fight tooth and nail to give you any information. Again, I have reported his unethical ways of doing business and practices to the state and other places that need to know. If you choose to take pain issues here and have a horrible experience, dont say you weren't warned. This place needs to shut down! WHAT A JOKE! I have been going to Dr. Nguyen on an as-needed basis since 2008. I don't even live anywhere near Watauga anymore, but when I am truly in pain and I need to be fixed, I make the trip to Dr. Nguyen. He is amazing and he has been so amazing for my husband too. He has all of the tools necessary to do the adjustments that you need and he's very skilled at reading your body. In fact he usually tells me what is hurting on me before I tell him based on how I'm walking in. It is not many chiropractors that can do that. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. And he will always take the time needed to explain and answer any questions and offer any solutions or stretches that you can do at home to prevent the pain that you're feeling. Worse chiropractor I ever meet!! If you are considering whether come here or not, please read. He's trying to be nice with you from the beginning. However, he get your money more to pay for his tax. Get even a dollar from you (Oops, poor him!) Doing paperwork of accident, he get my money and said that giving him $50 to pay his business tax. It's only $50. Only $50 for him. What's going on with this dull? I'm a student and $50 is huge for me as well as students. If you work for a company, $50 is 5 hours working with $10/hr (without tax yet). Well, if only $50, so why he is a doctor but asking a student for giving money?? Poor doctor! He isn't worthy for a doctor, making it bad in people's eye. After argue, he said to make it easier, he will give me back $50 in next monday. He don't have any money at that time. I come on next monday to get it, but he say he only have $45 now, wanna get it or not? (what???) He already use $5 today, wanna get full $50? Meet next monday! What's happened with this ignorance "doctor". How poor he is, getting only $5 from a student and act like uneducated person. I definitely don't wanna come back this place and the one in Arlington with the same name. $5 is not much but I still need to get it because I don't want him to do the same with other people. $5 isn't enough for paying my gas to come to him. But I get to make fun of him and to see whether he is embarrassing to get money from a student (only $5, poor ignorance chiropractor). I will keep telling this story to my country people. You deserve to be treated better and have a greater chiropractor than this ignorance. If you already meet him one day. Be careful on the other days and set a recording every time you meet.
