This is my second time I saw Dr. Dugan for my yearly exams since my gyn doctor retired two years ago. Both visits Dr. Dugan was friendly, kind, really listened to me, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed, she was on time, and professional. The entire staff was great! I highly recommend Dr. Dugan and am glad she was recommended to me.

I experienced the worst doctors visit of my life with Dr. Dugan. Dr. Dugan brought me to tears, made me feel embarrassed, discriminated against, and tried expressing there was nothing wrong with me - all before even preforming an examination. I starting crying and expressed I was in pain. She eluded to me being a hypochondriac. Once she finally did an examination she said "forget everything I just said" you do have an issue here. Let me tell you about what you have going on. I was so incredibly upset, that I couldn't even focus on what she was saying and I asked her a question she already answered. She responded with " I already told you how this happens in a rude tone". If she would have taken the time to listen and actually hear me, and stopped just responding it may have been a better visit. Instead she read something in my chart, and judged me during the entire visit. This was such a poor quality visit, I plan on making further formal complaints to the office manager/hospital.
Wonderful OB....I highly recommend Dr.Dugan…I have been her patient for over 10 years and she is the best!
