My experience with him was awful. My breasts are not even at all, one side is way up. He didn't even apologized nor didn't offer to fix... I am sad everyday when I see myself in the mirror...

Dr Uroskie, and his team, will take care of you from beginning to end. I wish my PCP's office was as caring as the entire office at Norfolk Plastic Surgery. I've never felt like I was just one more case.

My experience with Dr Uroskie was top notch. He is the most honest doctor I have ever met. I had a silicone breast implant rupture that had a bunch of old silicone wrapped around my own tissue, I had tried to correct this with another recommended and well know doctor in the area and had left a bunch of silicone in my tissue. Dr, Uroski, did an amazing job removing all that silicone and replaced the implants. He had to be extremely careful so that both breasts would be the same size and look the same, as I had lost a good amount of tissue. He did an excellent job. My breasts look so natural and his bedside manner was above all other doctors that I have ever dealt with. I would recommend this doctor to any family member or friend. I would not put myself in the hands of any other surgeon. AC Virginia Beach

Dr. Uroskie and his team have an amazing level of compassion and understanding of my surgical reconstruction needs. They listened to the type of reconstruction I wanted and what my fears were patiently and responded to what I wanted making recommendations and highlighting what each step meant. Prior to surgery I was listened too and my input counted. Bedside manner was terrific and confidence of this surgeon sores. At the end of the day what matters the most? Outcome - nothing short of so much better then I expected and back to normal health and level of activity within 2 weeks. Amazing team and job I would definitely recommend this physician highly. I was impressed by Dr. Uroskie's honesty. He was up front about what had been done wrong in my previous surgeries and about the order in which my surgeries should be done beginning with the most critical and how he plans to correct my other issues. He provided a solution for my Lymphedema arm (liposuction). I can't wait to enjoy the results. I did not feel rushed - I did not feel like he was walking out as he walked in to the appointment. Best surgeon ever!!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Uroskie for any breast related procedure. He had operated on my mom with her post cancer reconstruction procedure and recently on me with implant removal. I was extremely pleased with everything about his staff. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013 my breast surgeon referred me to Dr. Uroskie for my reconstructive surgery. I feel very fortunate to be under his care. He has followed me through several surgeries and I trust him implicitly. Recently I had some cosmetic surgery and once again Dr. Uroskie was wonderful. If you are lucky enough to become one of his patients you will find him to be kind, knowledgeable, professional and genuine. He is the best of the best. The staff at Norfolk Plastic Surgery only helps to make your experience better. They all work so well together to keep the best interests of the patient in the forefront. Only plastic surgeon I trust, period....

Very mannerable. But could care less about the patient. All about the $$. Replaced ruptured implants with some crap samples he had laying around the office . As a breast cancer survivor (5yrs) the look of my profile is extremely important because my breasts no longer have any functionality or feeling. Dr. Uroskie disregarded how what he did would affect my state of mind as a woman and as a breast cancer survivor. On 3/21/2016 he lied and said he had received medical records and I would be receiving the same size and shape implant I had previously. which was were high -profile silicon. I could tell from the moment I was fully conscious that he scammed me. When I went in for my follow up appt 5 days later, the receptionist told me that my records "all 82 pages" had just been faxed THAT MORNING!?! When I went in for my next appt 2 wks later because the shape is so awful my breasts look like a box that has been strapped down so tight, his nurse could see the abnormal ridge it left. None of my clothes fit anymore, nor do my breasts fit in a bra AT ALL. When I asked him how did he figure that I wanted a smaller teardrop implant?!? He claimed these were "high profile teardrops. There is no such thing. That's when he tried to tell I gave "him nothing to work with because he didn't have my records." And denied ever telling me that he received my records. When I inquired about how long I would have to wait to get them replaced, he told me 1 year!! During the next few weeks I found out he performed an elective mastectomy on her and she wasn't satisfied with his work either. And one of my customer's wives had her implants removed because she developed a staff infection. I would have never thought that he would have pulled one over on me the way he did. But maybe it was my, Staci's, or that customer's insurance that made him care less about how he treated us. But whatever his motivated him to violate my trust is the reason I am warning you. I had a bi lateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction on January 11th. I am blown away every time I look in the mirror at myself. They are beautiful and perfect. Can barely see the incisions. Dr Uroskie is an amazing plastic surgeon and I will always be grateful to him for taking such good care of me. Wonderful support staff too!

I had a mastectomy and reconstruction of the breast. Dr. Uroskie did a wonderful job with the reconstruction and I'm thrilled. The reconstructed breast is beautiful and looks and feels completely natural. I'm told her and Dr. Jennifer Reed are considered the Dream Team when it comes to the mastectomy and reconstruction.

I highly recommend Dr Uroskie. As a current patient. I can say he has done amazing work on on me. He is an excellent surgeon.He is Very professional, He is attentive, listens to your needs and concerns, Explains everything in detail. He takes the time to sit with you. You feel as though you are the only patient. It never feels rushed. My only complaint would be that I will soon be done with my procedures and miss him and his staff so much they have all made me feel like part of a small family.
