Tried to get in to see him and was given the run around for over three weeks until the nurse told me "she was not able to offer my an appointment at this time"! My problem is very serious and I don't have time to jack around in such an unprofessional manner.
Poor communication in the office among staff. I was billed incorrectly in 2011 and am still arguing with them over it today, (2016). After many Appeals to their billing department and having them talk to Dr.Macklemore I still have no results.
This was my first time to visit Dr. McLemore. He was friendly and polite and very efficient. Prior to my visit, I had to take an ABG and EKG test and a breathing test for a base line. I had a small spot on my lungs that we are watching. His staff, especially a nurse named Jennifer, was super efficient. Everything in his office worked like a well oiled machine. Thank you every one there!
Very nice man. Very informative and helpful. Staff was very friendly.
