You should check Dr Than Nguyen out with the State board before allowing anyone you care about to step foot in this facility. You’ll be glad you did. There is a VERY valid reason his reviews are horrible. They hire “Nurses” and other “medical professionals” with little to no certification in order to save money. They put them in scrubs and tell them what to say and patients have NO IDEA they’re dealing with predators and illegitimate techs that parade around as “Doctors” so they can prey on patients. I called Dr. Nguyen office to set up an appointment for new patient visit. I was told by receptionist that I will be seeing PA the first visit that is Dr. Nguyen policy. That is a bit ridiculous! First visit should always be done by MD. I understand follow ups can be done by PA/NP.

Doctor Nguyen is awesome. Very thorough. However, the scheduling staff is beyond ridiculous!!!! I’ve left three voicemails a day for my schedule person over my case to call me back. I finally got scheduled for last week. No one notified me till the Friday before (surgery was a Monday) and the person who told me was the hospital benefits person and a nurse. Then was told I couldn’t do that date because I didn’t have a urinalysis in. Kept calling and calling to get another date. I ended up in the ER yesterday. I have a 10mm kidney stone and the colic of it is intense! Sent home to make the surgery as an outpatient. Today I’ve spent the better part of my day calling to no avail! I really like my dr. His staff is always so caring and listen to my concerns. If I have to call to reschedule it gets done in a promptly fashion. Does my blood work every couple of months. Keeps me updated all the time.

He didn't seem to be interested in anything but doing the procedure. When I asked to talk to someone because I had questions, no one returned my call. The ladies there are infamous for not calling patients back. I cancelled my procedure and never went back.

Worst experience ever. Highly unresponsive, no communication, no responses to the calls nor voicemails. Staff very unprofessional and rude. We had a procedure done in the clinic and got multiple infections and severe fever from the procedure. We tried to communicate with Dr about the situation and he never responded nor any follow up call regar ding the procedure. We ended up in ER three times in 3 days, finally we scheduled with other Urologist and got the Treatment. I recommend anyone not to visit this urologist. Worst experience ever. Good doctor, but like everyone else says, the communication in that office SUCKS! They don't answer, return messages nor get back to you with results.

Great doctors been going for years. Although trying to schedule an appointment is a joke. They will not answer the phone. And they will not return your calls. I am going to have to go in person.

Good doctor, but don' t go there, they don't return your phone calls. I actually came to the office and wanted to talk to a manager about this issue, but the manager was not available and they gave my her phone #. I called and left a message. She never returned my call either. I will find another doctor.

Finally connected yesterday and they would not even schedule an appt until I tracked down med records from other Dr for them to review. Clearly they do not need the business and if this is any indication of the level of care they provide one would be well served to look for an alternative provider. Highly not recommended. They dont answer the phone. They are very reorganize. Twice the doctor prescribed medicine for me. When i went to my farmacy to pick up. The farmCy said the doctor never call. I call many times to try to talk to the doctor about this for 2 weeks they told me dr was in meetings. Us been 3 months now. He never contact me. Also they told me to back for my results from the lab. When they never have sent me to the lab. When i said something about this they said we forgot to mention that you know some tests. This is one of those unfortunate reviews where you say how much you liked the Dr, but process of getting an appointment and our overall experience was just plain terrible. Basically everything everyone else said. It's mind-blowing for me to understand how they continue to run a successful practice, they literally did not return a phone call for days. We had to physically go up there every time we needed something. Unfortunately, my husband had an infection that wouldn't go away and the drs accidentally called in multiple antibiotics; it took multiple calls to the after hours line to get to speak to anyone and we finally decided it was time to go elsewhere when the Dr said he wanted another CT and the office would call him, and nothing. Just stay away. We were told by the referring physician how hard they were to get in touch with, but could never have imagined it being this difficult. Not even to schedule an appointment, but to follow up with a nurse, which should top priority when you have patients on 3 different types of antibiotics. If Dr Wagenheim ever leaves and opens another practice, I'd love to follow him, but unfortunately we wont be going back here. Took three weeks and two face to face visits to finally get a procedure re schedule. Don't bother leaving a msg. They do not return calls.

The practice is a complete joke. I've tried calling 5x since my father was discharged from the hospital and told to follow up with Dr. Nguyen for an appointment/procedure. Apparently they have no staff b/c I've gotten VM every time. The recording also states you will get a return call within 24 hours. It's been 7 working days and 5 attempt's later and I've still not received a return call. If it's this difficult to schedule an appointment, I can only imagine how bad it is if you have an issue and need to speak to someone. Would def not recommend this practice.

Dr Nguyen,did well with me .Had no problems with him..Problem is his staff unfriendly nothing good to say about them.Good luck getting anybody on phone no body answers or calls back.Shame because he is a good doctor .

They will never pick up the phone. Do not bother calling their office.

Dr. Nguyen is a horrible Doctor, no bedside manners at all. I had bad blood counts that could of caused me to develop blood clots, he didn't care to contact myself or family to inform. At appointment he would rather look at my wife than me the patient. Billed my insurance company over 11k for blood work. Never again will I give my time and money away to such a pathetic Doctor.

You will never speak to a human being on the phone here. I have been waiting weeks for a call regarding test results, left multiple messages for a call back. Had the results from the lab by email in a few days but can't get any response from the Dr's office.

I had scheduling problems with my Urologist. I just selected him and turn out a good decision. I never had to wait more then ten minutes in last 4 times. Him and his staff seems to be very busy but very proffessional and fuuly value all your concerns. I am very happy here.

I had no problems with Dr. Nguyen. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and he was very informative of my options, referred me to the best facility for my treatment.

the majority of the office help was rude and could care less about the patient and their concerns. Like ' bad experience' the dr. knew everything but has canceled many times surgery. Talked to nurse, could careless, asked for stronger antibiotics to clear up infection. Was told if we didn't like it go to another dr. They look our money and insurance and actually have done nothing.
