Horrible

My husband has suffered with Seizures most of his adult life. I thank God he was finally referred to Dr Jenkins. After a few test, Dr. Jenkins not only discovered the cause of the Seizures she replaced meds that had very dangerous side effects. He’s doing so much better and we couldn’t be happier.

Bad practice..Jacked up my spinal tap..no discharge paperwork. No organization at the office and no bedside manor. also very slow. Very unprofessional. Worse neurologist appointment ever. She hung up on me when I called post spinal tap. She is horrible

She is very experienced!

Dr Jenkins is one of the good Drs. She really cares. Because of that, she takes the time she needs with patients and welcomes new ones, gets people in much quicker than other offices (common to wait 6-9 months for new patients at many neurologists) .... just be prepared to give several hrs of time for your appointment. Schedule first of day at 10 am if you can't wait. Her limited and loyal staff often overextend themselves to keep up with patient load, so, how to put this.....record faxing and insurance authorizations, refills...any business by phone msg can be.... frustrating. I recommend you keep calling back until you reach a real person. Depsite these occasional office issues, I still wholeheartedly recommend Dr Jenkins. Double recommend if you've been dismissed by the (white) medical patriarchy that is especially obnoxious amongst neurologists, in my experience. Dr Jenkins is one of the good Drs. She really cares. This so called board certified doctor and staff is so UNPROFESSIONAL. She makes promises and never keeps them. She is a professional liar and makes false statements against her so called patients. My daughter and I experience with this neurologist is a nightmare ajoke, very unstable????????????????

Recently called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. I ended up just hanging up on her. I’ll find someone else. Do better.

This lady is unprofessional, uncaring, and unwilling to admit when she is wrong. I asked for my records for 3 months and I received them after paying for them. She told me her office would make my appointment for an MRI, then denied she said it. I called her office almost every week as I had no treatment for the swelling and she still did not treat me. I asked for crutches because I could not walk and she refused. Not to mention the emergency room visits and trips to the foot doctor. She does not care for patients that call her on her mistakes. My personal experience was just fine. The staff is very friendly and so is the doctor. I really like how quick they are to service their patients; I’m never in the office too long ????

This doctor left me waiting over the Christmas holidays and by the time she got back to me I had to go to E.R. Twice and visit Foot doctor who told me I need to see a neurologist. Dr. Jenkins was my neurologist but seemed not to have time for me. When she did, she blamed my lack of care on myself. She would not send my records to my new doctor until I paid them and then withheld important information. She also had a very unprofessional conversation with me due to me asking why she did not provide any care for me. And lastly, I couldn't walk and she would not provide me with a crutch. Very unprofessional, lost her temper when I ask why she provided no care.

horrible. She had a PA in the past that could run circles around Dr. Jenkins and her Current NP. I’m not sure which one of them is worse, Dr. Jenkins or Linda!!!!

Had a unsuccessful lumbar puncture and the experience with this doctor was not a good idea at all

My mom tried to call at least 2 times and make an appointment with this office and has not received a call back. This is totally unprofessional, and I have encouraged her to go to an office where she will be treated like she is an important patient not an afterthought. Hire office staff that will return calls- totally shameful!

So it's going on 2hrs and my mom was just called to sit and wait for a while in the exam room . This is unorganized and appointments seen to be double booked. I know that sometimes the doctor has a resident in training and it will take a little longer but at that point you should not book heavy that day. It's unfair to your patients that are waiting for hours. The office staff stated that they've spoken to Dr Jenkins but no changes are made. I will NEVER return with my mother we will find another Neouroligst in the Providence network, doctors must remember that their patients time is also valuable and we don't get paid to sit in the office for HOURS UPON HOURS. Something went wrong with this office doesn't feel the same way. Less people and less quality in getting things correct ????

Excellent Neurologist. Very supportive with all age groups and her staff is helpful.

I love Dr.jenkins like a mother figure because that's how she take care of me!i would not be where I'm at if it was not for this WOMAN! MY SEIZURES are now under control because of Dr Jenkins! So please don't come on here with no petty complaints thank you

I have no confidence in this doctor. She does not follow through and it seems she does not genuinely care myself as a patient. Very disappointed another physician found her diagnosis to be incorrect. I lost all respect for her, I note a similar response above. Sad but true.

I had a great experience with Dr. Jenkins. In addition to being highly trained (witness Providence internship and Henry Ford residence and fellowship); I find her to be thorough, empathetic and confidence inspiring!!!

When you have an appointment you wait over an hour to be seen, and if you need a pre-authorization form filled out it takes two months, so if it's something severe that you need you won't get it, they do not answer the phone or return your calls. Great doctor but horrible staff

I have been going to her over 7 yrs. Yes you have to wait hours to be seen your first time or if you don't have your paper work in order. How ever she has updated her office and turn a lot around since then. She know her job and do it the best went to 3 others came back because they didn't help me understand what was going on.

I did not feel any confidence in this doctor. She told me she would call in a prescription for me-never did. The office was not organized and when it was time for my appointment she was not even there. The receptionist had to call her to find out when she would be there even though i had a scheduled appointment. Very disrespectful!

Worst experience EVER!!! Let me start off by saying it took me four weeks to get in contact with someone to try to make an appointment. I left a dozen voice mails and no one from her office called me back. The staff was on two completely different pages. No one was able to give me accurate information about what was going on with my head. It was like playing a waiting game to get my results "that no one looked at" every time I would ask about my results it was always said to me "not this week next week we will review them with you". One month had gone by and still no results. It's almost impossible to talk to Dr. Jenkins yourself because she's extremely busy. After I paid a fee to have my records released to another physician it took them a whole week to fax off my paper work. I had to call them 3 times a day everyday for one week to make sure my paper work was sent off. And still no luck. After being on hold for 40 minutes. I called back the clerk forget I was on hold then she explained to me that no one can send my paper work off the "only person" who can send it off was not working that day. So you mean to tell me that you have a full staff and only one person can send off paper work? I ended up climbing in my car and driving 45 minutes to pick my paper work up in person. I would NEVER recommend this place to any human on the face of this eart. Worst experience EVER!!!
