DON'T GO HERE! I went for a simple issue with a toe nail. One that I have heard many friends have corrected with a simple prescription. The nurse said that they needed to send a sample to a lab to save me money on the prescription. I stupidly agreed, assuming that they were looking out for my best interest. Then, I get a bill from the lab for $340. In addition, I owe their office another $80. When I went back in, to have my lab results read, the doctor tells me the prescription is only $10. So, basically the nurse lied, so that I would incur a substantial lab bill (that I didn't need b/c the prescription was for the exact medication I came in for). Now, of course they are telling me there is nothing they can do about the lab bill, but that she will speak to the doctor. The service was less than impressive, and it will cost you an arm and a leg. Go anywhere else, not here!!! Update - We are now days later. They did not call me back, I had to call them and their manager is Teresa Foste

I went Dr. Sander’s office for diagnosis and treatment of foot fungus. On the first visit lab samples were collected (nail clippings) and sent off for examination. I never heard back from the MD office. I was never contacted with results and was forced to request results as well as self-schedule a follow up appointment. We selected a treatment plan, but I was unable to make appointments due to a change in work schedule (overnight coverage). I called and requested we hold off on the agreed upon treatment plan. Over the course of several weeks I have called repeatedly and requested initiation of the oral therapy treatment option. I am now firing this physician. While Dr. Sanders is likely a skilled medical expert, he and his office staff at N Keene Street have a completely unorganized and unprofessional approach to patient provider communication.
