All the staff are extremely polite, respectful , caring and very skilled at what they do. This is my second visit. Both times I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Isom and his practice.

Dr. Isom and his staff treated me very well. I had such a painful and infected tooth that needed a root canal. It was my first one and they really made me feel heard and comfortable. First, the endodontist and staff were amazing. They were super understanding of my child's needs and the work they performed was excellent. However, there was a major miscommunication in the scheduling and pricing. They fully misrepresented their services that would be performed and offered when I scheduled the appointment. I was struggling with intense tooth pain. My dentist referred me to Isom Endodontics. I've never been to an Endodontist, so I did not know what to expect. All I really wanted was relief from the pain. I arrived at my appointment and was treated with respect and sincere care. Each individual in the office was very kind and sincerely concerned with my wellbeing. This was very touching to receive such genuine care from a Dr's office in which no one knew me. Dr. Vic was empathetic, he listened to my concerns, asked questions and treated me respectfully. He was concerned about my pain and wanted to make sure when I left I was more comfortable. He called the following day to check on me. I struggled with continued pain. They get me back in to examine the area and make sure the healing was progressing. Had been dealing with considerable discomfort in my molar for over a week. Dr. Vic and Mikayla did an outstanding job discussing the treatment options with me and really making the overall experience a breeze. I originally had a fair amount of anxiety over going in because I've had rocky experiences with root canals before in the past with other dentists, but they did a phenomenal job and I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently cracked a filling that then needed a root canal - quickly. It was absolutely excruciating. The office was able to get me in as soon as insurance approved the procedure. Unfortunately, I had just had spinal surgery not two weeks before and everyone was so kind and gentle and accommodating. To ice the cake, I have severe anxiety with dentists. Every single person - from the scheduler, the front desk, the dental assistant to Dr. Vic was unbelievably amazing. They all made me feel so at ease, supported and comfortable. Fantastic experience both times I've been here. First time, I went for a molar retreat and they advised me that the procedure had a "guarded" prognosis. I did not feel in any way like I was being sold on the procedure and was given plenty of time to consider whether to go ahead with treatment or not. Second time, they did a root canal on a molar and it was a very smooth, painless operation. They were very attendant to any discomfort I might have and made every effort to make sure I felt as safe as possible. Dr. Isom seemed very confident while he worked, a real pro. They use the latest 3D imaging too so they know roughly what your tooth is like before they even drill in. Had to get two root canals done. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. I felt at ease and informed through every part of the process. I highly recommend coming here, even if it's out of your way.

I have had my share of bad experiences with dentists, Dr. Isom is amazing and the staff is so warming and loving. Thank you for a amazing experience. They gave me a soft warm blanket and the chair had a massager in it, very comfortable. I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but this was the best experience I have had ever.

I really appreciate the quality of care provided here. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. I had extreme anxiety about going but was pleasantly surprised with the visit. They are thorough, professional, caring and quick.

So I needed an emergency root canal done, after discovering I had a cavity last Thursday and 72 hours prior to getting on a plane to travel to India - Mikayla reached out to me Monday afternoon and through some scheduling magic, was able to fit me in on an 8 am appointment the next day! She was friendly, competent and thorough in her communication - when I got to the clinic, the positive experience continued with a short wait and introductions to Dr. Vick, the endodontist! At every stage, both Dr. Vick and Mikayla were clear in their communication, put my fears at ease and extremely competent in how they performed their roles! I was very nervous going in because I’ve never had a root canal before but Mckayla, the dental assistant was so sweet and helped soothe my nerves and explained everything ahead of time so I knew what to expect. I had a root canal done about two years ago, a few months back this root canal failed and eventually I was referred here. When I came in to have the procedure done I was extremely anxious and the dentist was able to calm me down and helped me feel comfortable as best as he could. I was anxious because last time I had a root canal done the dentist was reluctant to listen to me and he was rough throughout the procedure. Whereas this dentist took the time to listen to me and ensure my experience was a positive one, he talked me through everything that he was doing in which helped ease my anxiety. I felt no pain throughout the process and funny enough I was so relaxed that I felt refreshed after the procedure. I had to have a root canal just before leaving for a family vacation. Dr Vic saw me in the morning and happily worked me in immediately so that I didn’t have to interrupt my vacation plans. The entire office was beyond nice. The woman in the front office was so considerate especially since I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. Dr Vic and his assistant were extremely professional yet warm and friendly. They explained everything to me and prepared me for what to expect. As awful as a root canal sounds, this was a completely pain free experience. I had absolutely no pain once the numbness wore off. I was referred to Isom Endodontics by my Dentist, Sunnyside Dental on Thursday after an excruciatingly painfull night. I've never had work done by Dr Isom because he looked at my teeth and determined they weren't with trying to save. My conclusion based on this experience is he's a principled professional who cares.

After talking to them over the phone about what was going on they gave me the soonest appointment they had available in which they could do an exam and treat the main source of the pain. I live on the Or coast, had a tooth that I suspected needed a root canal. Saw my regular dentist to confirm. Office here couldn't fit me in for a month. The pain was high & I knew I couldn't wait. Isom Endodontics scheduled me immediately being able to finish the procedure in one appointment. The entire office staff was professional & welcoming. I had a dreaded root canal this morning. And actually it was one of my best dental experiences to date. The entire staff is welcoming, and kind. The procedure was quick, professional yet compassionate and most importantly pain free. 5 stars.

I had a root canal done 3 wks ago. My tooth has still been hurting, causing me extreme headaches and lack of sleep. When I called reagarding this matter the front desk lady was being extremely rude and unprofessional.She cut me off when trying to speak then hung up on me several times. NOT WORTH IT Update 3/2/2020 I had my root canal done in December and it is March and I'm still in so much pain. I have to have this tooth pulled. Root canal was a waste of money. My friend went to this endodontist, her tooth that was treated chipped and Terri acted indifferent. He didn’t offer her any advice when she informed him about her tooth chipping. Previous to her tooth chipping, he charged her $400 for an incision that took under a minute. What he obviously does care about is his golfing. Maybe he should make a career switch.
