Dr. Terry Allen Grover

My final visit to the doctor was rushed and he wasn’t listening to what I had to say and I told him that his PA had offered opposing advise. He showed no real concern for my condition. He finally recommended a 2nd opinion which was equally as uncaring and i was not properly diagnosed.

I have been going to Dr. Grover for more than 15 years. He is always attentive and caring. He answers ALL my questions and will refer me to a specialist when needed. As a primary care doctor-I give him 6 stars.

If you have a health issue find another doctor. He will NEVER listen. I called to make an appointment to discuss these issues and was told that only he speaks at wellness exams. Arrogant! Keep looking. DON'T waste your time, this man is horrible!

Dr Grover is an exceptional doctor. He's always current with medical issues and doesn't need you to review your issues when he takes the appointment. If you don't need a medication, you won't get it. If you want a doctor who will give you what you want when it isn't advisable, find another doctor. He's there to maintain or improve your health. Don

Worst doctor in Boerne. His heart is no longer in it. He just wants enough $$$$ to retire

After five years of using this practice as my primary care, I'm changing. The office staff does not communicate with each other. The environment in the office is one of chaos and not knowing what is going on. The new office manager is not nice and argumentative. I feel as if I can't even get to my doctor to talk to him about my health, because of the ineffectiveness of the office staff. Changing to another primary care where I will hopefully receive better customer service.

Dr. Grover has been my doctor for years. He always listens to me. Getting into see him is never hard to do. He calls and checks on me! What doctors do that anymore? His staff knows me by my first name and they always have a smile on. I have sent many friends and family to see him. They love him too.

Dr. Grover, his PA, Mr. B, and his entire staff are professional, friendly, and respectful. The entire office is efficiently managed with respect to appointment schedules, prescription management, and response to special request. Their Patient Portal is a great enhancement to the communication process and provides easy access to patient historical information. I highly recommend considering Dr. Grover as a highly qualified PCP.

Dr Grover good caring Doctor! Nurse James rushed defiant attitude fights you on prior authorizations & getting your medication. Takes it personal if he doesn't agree tries to be in charge & runs the show!! He's presenting himself as the only absolute authority of your needs despite the doctors recommendations & insurance companies allowances. Has given me false info on test results unsympathic to my medical issues?

Dr. Grover has been a very caring, personal, and professional provider for me. I never feel he doesn't know who I am or what my needs are. He's been easy to talk to and works with my preferences, and I like it that he doesn't just whip out a prescription pad for everything. He respects alternative therapies. Dr. Grover also has a PA who is AWESOME!
