Dr. Terry Frost and his staffs' highest priority is your comfort.

Missed an appointment during a mandatory lockdown in April 2020 due to this thing called covid. Staff called it "extenuating circumstances". Now this missed appointment is being used to justify a retainment fee of $75. Why any place of business thinks this is a justifiable action will forever be beyond me

They do not inform people when insurance is out of network and do not even mention it at time of service just send you some big bill in the mail and call everyday until you pay them.

Office Manager is very RUDE! Emily Wille is costing this very nice office customers.

Came in for a cleaning on Monday, hygienist Tonia was great as she always is when I come in. However, front desk manger Emily W. was very unprofessional and rude to me as I was checking out. She had stopped to take a phone call and was very rude to that customer so I can only imagine how they felt as well. Her tone is unacceptable and demeaning. I moved to Bethel and went as a new patient. Not only is this place very clean, the staff is top notch! I really like my dentist, too! Dr. Frost is honest, friendly, and very gentle. What more can I say!?. I wish I would've found him years ago. Thanks guys!

If you're looking for a dentist, look no further! We've been seeing Dr Frost for over 10 years now. He and his staff are kind, compassionate, & gentle. They take the time to talk to you about any concerns and genuinely care about their patients. My youngest daughter asks frequently when she gets to go back ????.

Dr. Frost and his staff are amazing! No wait time and they are ALL so friendly and nice. Dr. Frost is an excellent dentist. I am very happy with them!
