Dr. Terry Dickerson

Although Dr. Dickinson is an excellent doctor and I’ve been going to him the past few years I’ve became accustomed to the wait time but today it was the worst. Waited over two hours only to feel rushed. Even though I was called back with other people waiting I was the last one out the office and the procedure only took 15min at most. Excellent customer service, facility is clean and welcoming. Doctor is very knowledgeable of his craft, so is the staff. They take their time and explain everything to you. Thank you Team!

I will never go back to Dr. Dickerson whom always is rushed, and mainly because I paid 300. For orthotics that were never correct even after telling him that he decided to make his own adjustments instead of rechecking the cast for accuracy and sending them back to be corrected. The soft flimsy orthotics were of no benefit to me I could not wear them for the purpose intended and wasted a lot of money! Being cheap is not a response for the lack of service when it comes to the cost of the orthotics which were by the way 300. they were no good, I am sending photos to show the difference between a well made pair and what I received! Dr. Dickerson should have sent this things back when I told him upon receiving them instead of the so adjustments he tried to do himself so I had to spend another 300. to replace them and there is also of picture of them. I went to Hanger in McDonough excellent inserts! I also included the originals that I took in with me Dark blue which were good it was just time to replace them, The beige colored one from Dr. Dickerson and my new 300. pair in light blue. I'm not cheap when it comes to my healthcare and how dare you suggest that it had anything to do with being cheap. Not only were the one I got from you soft which offered no support at all you trying to add those pads made it worse I never could wear them no matter what shoe I used. I trust no one else but Dr. Dickerson with my care. He saved my left leg. He very attentive to you, very very knowledgeable, professional and always explains your pros & cons no matter your conditions. He is not one of those Dr's just want to make money off of you. He try even treatments before it get to surgery. I love myself Dr. Dickerson great guy overall.

With a history of falling down the stairs, I was reluctant to visit a physician. The pain in my foot eventually urged me to seek medical attention. I found Dr. Dickerson to be very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly & personable. After successfully performing surgery on my foot, I'm as good as new. That was twelve years ago.
